Having looked at the list of problem foods the ones that stick out to me the most are the fruits and onions but also the wheat and tomatoes. I say wheat and tomatoes because that would explain the effect that a lot of pasta dishes have on me. Maybe i can handle wheat but only in small amounts. What i find strange is i seem to be able to eat cereal and cake without too many problems, an explanation for this maybe that i actually end up eating less wheat when i eat it in cereal and desert forms than when in pasta as i tend to have huge portions of pasta. Maybe the fructans in wheat have less of an effect on me than fructose itself. - I willjust have to find out.
I actually started my elimination diet two days ago so i will post my diet for the last two days now.
I am doing a ketogenic diet for a few days just to see what happens before i add in some veg and maybe oats and white rice. I could do with getting "cut" anyway.
A big problem i haven't mentioned yet is the masive ethical crisis i am going through which i will adress now.
