I didn't notice it as much the first few days, but I've slowly been increasing the BP amount used and my eyes have been BURNING every time! It's the strangest thing, and I don't recall reading anywhere on this site that burning eyes is a potential side effect. Last night I took extra special care to ensure that I wasn't getting any BP in or near my eyes, but still they burn and water! The moisturizer burns slightly when I apply it, but I don't mind that at all. A couple of days ago I exercised and perspired quite a bit on my face, and some of the moisturizer showed up above my eyebrow. I probably could have rubbed it back in but luckily I specifically timed my exercise so I could do the regimen right afterwards.
I also forgot to add that I'm taking vitamins. I take a women's multivitamin, fish oil, and a lysine supplement. I've taken these vitamins for over a year, started when my skin was good, so I'm not sure if they're actually helping me in that department. I thought I'd mention it because I noticed other people mentioned vitamins on their blogs.
I have a small pimple near my right hairline still, but it's nowhere near as bad as the ones I was getting a month ago. I'm confident the regimen will take care of it shortly. Also, today I purchased a lot of cotton balls and Stop & Shop brand Apple Cider Vinegar. Earlier this week I was applying my roommate's ACV to my wet face. Now, I'm going to wash my face, let it dry, apply ACV, let it dry, and then continue with the BP and moisturizer. I didn't notice much of a difference in my red marks when I was applying ACV to a wet face, as that was pretty much just diluting it, so hopefully this new method will be more effective. The red marks on my face are reminiscent of my senior year in high school. (And now I'm a senior in college, imagine that?) At least now I care enough to wear makeup to cover them up! Still they NEED TO GO.
