Less to practically no BP



I'm blogging after I don't know how long.

I'm looking into the diet and acne connection. This stuff seems rather promising and a lot of members have received tremendous benefit taking out basic stuff like dairy and gluten.

Third day of taking my Zinc supplement and I'm still torn between taking the Fish Oil supplement I bought or not, because I read a mixed bag of reviews.

So that would be 1 tablet of Zinc daily and 1 tablet of Doxycycline every alternate day.

I know I should not experiment with antibiotics, but I have to quit this Candida inducing crap!

I'll start Fish Oil on a regular basis after 2 weeks of observing the results with Zinc.

Also Vitamin D seems interesting, so I'm going to read a lot about that now.

And a good multi-vitamin. I'm so not organized.
