So I've been crying (not skin related), and I realized a new pimple popped up. It's not huge but jesus does stress really trigger this skin condition. It got me thinking, I just broke up with my boyfriend... about a month or two ago, could this be the trigger? Maybe this plus the change in weather? So much to think about.
Just put some yogurt on. Feels good.
I've also been thinking, maybe it's the dry skin that's creating tiny clogged pores? I haven't been using anything on my face other than the yogurt, maybe I should start using my moisturizer? there's an idea. Again, so much to think about.
I think I need more big Bang Theory and sleep. That should do it.
