Today is a much better day. I think the reason my PD looked more upset yesterday is because I let the yogurt on my face dry out too long. When it does, it gets super hard to move your face and kinda hurts. SO - helpful tip if using yogurt: either use it as a face wash or leave it on till it's semi-hardened.
Today seems better, the marks are definitely a lighter pink, still a little bumpy. I can see some bumps that are more or less just dead skin healing (scabs) but I still see some pimple like bumps, they're sort of under the skin and super tiny.
The area in which my face used to be red has grown much much smaller, so I'm hoping by keeping my simple regimen that it only improves from here. I'm surprised though since it has only been 6 days, I like this improvement. Now I just wish I knew what was helping more, the yogurt or the Mino?
