Do you have any idea how impossible it is to find recipes that are lactose intolerant friendly, but don't omit regular ingridients like, meat or animal products?
Basically i have to spend an hour+ looking for recipes that don't require dairy, only to find ALL the recipes require something we don't have, like tofu, or dairy free cream-cheese, or vegan cheese, or lengthy recipes for dairy-free cheeses made from yogurt or what have you.
So after an hour or so of looking up recipes and coming up blank, i always end up just throwing things together and eating that.
My mom is also being weird and not buying pizza for everyone else since i can't eat it, i mean it doesn't bother me when they eat dairy, but it does when she DOESN'T, just for my sake, its like just BUY it, i don't care, i can make my own food.
Anyway, that one sore spot on my chin finally came to a head, and i have ANOTHER sore spot right next to it, but i have some AHA on it, its probably just a PMS spot, so i'll start taking my aleve, since i'm due for my -time of the month- anyway.
