its monday again boooo. welp i have a shit ton of dry skin on my lips and they are constantly dry and i constantly put aquafor on them. my face is the normal dry, my arms are a little dry,i put moisturizer on it in the morning after gentle skin cleanser and shower. at night i only wash, then go to bed.

my joints feel alot better as i have been taking fish oil every morning for the past few weeks and i think its helping.

i still have been lifting 3x a week ,M W F and cardio/legs on off days. and im feeling great. still working on my diet, eating alot of chicken breast,oatmeal,turkey sandwiches, fruit and drinking water. (still the occasional fast food binge here and there :dance:. ive lost 5lbs since start of accutane and lifting 190 down to 185 so im feeling good about that.

my acne is the usual on my face, i got my dosage upped from 60 to 80 so i think thats causing a small breakout, i have 1 or 2 actives on my face and a few small red lumps under the skin. the cysts that were on my beardline and neck are slowly clearing up. my chest and shoulders are drying out and clearing up, the skin is pretty smooth and non swollen :pray:

ive had these flat red lumps on my armpits for the past week or so, they dont look like they will rupture or anything but they were swollen for a bit, they going away now as well

:clap: i think my ass is chapped and dry a little or something, havent checked it out but i think some lotion will fix that. :whistle:

other than that, SAME OLD ACNE ACCUTANE SHIT, ready for this chicken shit horse shit to be over! :wub:

good shit man - sounds like ur coming along a little better than I am probably the higher dose u started with. my beardline down towards my neck on both sides looks like absolute death but is starting to dry out somewhat :- Still waitin on my preworkout to come - lame. good thing about working out on this shit is when u look at ur face and it looks shitty - just take off ur shirt and look how ur body is coming along and u forget about it! total bro comment but whatever its true haha at least for me. At the same time tho have u noticed any weird pains internally? last night i played soccer for days and today my sternum or something inside my chest was sore. Could also be that I broke my sternum a couple yrs ago too who knows. YEE halloween this weekend wish face was clear but its all good soon enough. Didnt drink last weekend will this weekend for sure tho

yea, overall its my acne is drying up but im still getting new actives everyonce in a while. yea my lifting is good but my cardio and diet isnt so good, but its a work in progress :)only thing i noticed that got sore was my lower back when i first started, of course i cut out dead lifts. wednesday i did back and bi's and my lower back was a little sore today just from cable rows. yea im gonna be traveling up to alfred college for halloween party this weekend so i will be up to my ears in alcohol

Finally my cysts are starting to dry up some but still can feel them under the skin and theyre big so its probably going to take a while for them to completely go away. did u get any big cysts like the size of a fuckin nickel? Its super weird. one thing about the cardio ive noticed is that after I run a lot my heels start to hurt pretty bad. I dont even really do cardio at the gym tho - just play soccer which is basically the same thing. White Flood came today which is epic - only used 1 scoop tho and it was just alright so I think ima try 1.5 tomo. Drank last night because the GIANTS WON THE WORLD SERIES!! I live in SF and it was fucking nuts, riots and shit sooo fun - felt perfect today so thats legit

hell yea ive gotten big ass cysts. most dont head up they are just big inflamed lumps and then end up drying up and peeling away. they take like weeks to clear up though and even then there is like color distortion.yea my cardio is the wost part of my workouts, i tend to avoid it as much as possible and just try to focus on my diet and i cant do that very well either.been working out still 3 times a week, usually full body 45 min ones and i still take my supplements and drink tons of water and ive been fine.got hammered every day/night this Halloween and haven't felt any different, hopefully its not fucking my liver up or anythingbut before i go to bed i drink a bottle of water and im pretty careful about it.yea i heard about the giants, dont follow sports very much other than the sabers and the horrible BILLS cause i live right next to buffalo ny. haha

Hell yea ur a hockey fan - Ima long time SJ sharks fan. Just got back from the Giants parade and it was absolutely nuts. Pretty funny the proposition to legalize marijuana in cali just failed to pass today but everyone was blazing soo fat at the parade - cops dont even care here anyway. Kinda annoying tho yesterday my face was looking pretty good but today all the spots I have were really red. So lame still having to worry about that shit but cysts are kinda getting smaller and dryer I guess :- Do u like doing full body workouts every time? I like to split it up into like mon: Chest and tris Wed: back and bis Fri: shoulders and legs (even tho i hardly did any legs) and then just throw in abs and cardio whenever. I did that split for a long time and it worked well but lately ive been doing this 5 day split that has been working good too

haha i wouldnt consider myself a hockey fan but i watch it sometimes. damn prop 19 didnt pass :). i wish they would start something like that in NY haha i love the reefer :- (as long as its not affecting my job or anything).yea thats the same with me, sometimes my face will look clear and not red and othertimes it will be red and look like poo. im ready for some stable improvement and i think that in the 3rd month i will see it. my workouts are based on back and bi, chest and tri, shoulder trap and legs. but i end up throwing a bunch of little bullshit in there just to make my self satisfied haha. for ex: on my chest and tri day i usally finish on the pull up machine for a few sets on every grip, (underhand,wide,inside grip, and military pull ups) another thing i like to do at the end is burn out with upward rows on the guided machine.today im gonna be doing my chest and tri's, cause tuesday i did a massive back rowing workout and my friends came over sunday when i was hungover and made me go with them for a cable workout haha.nextweek starts month 3! half way there

Ya I used to blaze all the time but dont much anymore - im already lazy and slow enough haha. Do u put anything on ur face to try and make the bumps less red? Right now I just wash my face and put on moisturizer once or twice a day but dont really know of anything else to do to make this whole process better. I know what u mean about adding in exercises - if u got a little more in the tank might as well make sure ur satisfied with ur workout while ur there. Right now im doing sun is chest and forearms, mon is legs and abs, tues is arms, play soccer wed, thurs is shoulders and fri is back and abs. One other thing I noticed is I think that accutane makes everything like all ur skin more sensitive - my hands have been hurting a lot more when i work out and i been getting blisters and sores easier. Think ill start wearing gloves

yea i noticed that when i was working on my dirtibike, my hands are very sensitive especially in the cold. yea before work every morning i take a shower and wash my face with cetaphyl gentle cleanser and then apply cetaphyl lotion after face drys completely.sometimes ill just wash my face at night. but i think when i leave my face alone for longer the better it looks.hard part for me is not to pick and shit at the dry skin that my pimples are turning into, if i wait long enough ill pick the flake of dry skin and it will be clear under it, if i dont wait long enough its red and bloody shitty bullshit and it looks like bullshit.

Dude soo weird - I feel like everything u just wrote is exactly the same shit i am goin through ha. I use both of those cetaphils with like the same cycle as u. I also noticed that leaving my face alone for a while will makes it look better but everyone on these boards ALWAYS says u need to moisturize all the time blah blah blah so i just do it but i feel like it makes my face look like shit. Id rather have it be dry than shiny and red. I like to just put a bunch o moisturizer on b4 i go to bed. And ya trying not to pick ur face is the fucking worst - i always start by pickin off just some dry flakes and thats ok but then I will be sitting at the comp or something and just cant stop. Next thing I know my fingers are covered in blood. Its hard tho because when i feel them on my face i feel like i have to pick them off cause they feel nasty. My cysts r somewhat going down but that doesnt really matter because I have so many fucking red marks on both sides of my neck and up onto my lower cheek. How is ur face looking?

my face looks like its clearing up, but im still getting a few new cysts. but its 2 or 3 max compared to 6 or 7 all the time. somedays red marks look good and others they look horrible. i think i need another month to clear up completely, then maybe another month or so to finish the deal.and the cysts i get are small and dont usually head up they just get red a little inflaimed and dry up,
