First Day:)

Nowayy

Alright guys, here's a little run down of myself. I'm 16 years old, fair skinned, and just started getting acne pretty bad this year. I'm a sophomore, and as a freshmen i had the occasional break out/pimple or two but nothing enough to worry me. Just this summer my skin FREAKED OUT and i started getting acne pretty bad (or i would say so at least) and i tried an array of different products.

AcneFree, over the counter Clean and Clear products, nothing worked. So i went to the derm and she told me to use Differin cream, take Minocycline, and wash my face with a Benzoyl Peroxide wash. I consulted with some friends who were also using Differin and heard some pretty good reviews. I started it all excited for my skin to clear up, and was totally bummed when 5 weeks later, no change. I had days were i couldn't even look at myself in the mirror, i felt so gross. I wasn't hanging out with my friends because they had such nice skin i just felt terrible around them.

Then two days ago, i was going to the mall with my mom and had a breakdown about it. She took me into Macy's, had the lady do my make up and show me how to cover up everything really well, which i was really happy about. Then we went to the Clinique counter, and purchased the 3 step Acne Solutions Kit. I immediately read the reviews, which most people said they saw a difference in 2 - 3 days! I'm stocked to use this stuff.

I started yesterday night, and am pretty impressed. I felt a pimple coming in yesterday, and it's already less red, smaller, and doesn't hurt as much.

I'm gonna keep updating every few days, leave comments and let me know if any of you used Differin, and what your results were, or if anyone used Clinique Acne Solutions, and what your outcome was from it.

Hey nowayy, i've actually been through like the same thing as you were. my doctor prescribed me atralin(like the same thing as differin) with doxycycline(very alike to monocycline) and then a bp product. But just like you i didn't see any results in a month and a half so i switched to clinique's 3 step thing. I like the product and am still using it now, been a month and a half or so. It really makes your acne less red and less noticable, my acne is almost all cleared up because of it and i wish you good luck:). the only problem i saw was it didn't help my red marks at all so if yo have that problem then you might want to add something else into your regimen too. well anyway just putting what my experiance into it. Good luck and i really wish you the best

Thanks so much for the comment:) i've read like a million reviews on this product, but it's really good to hear from a person that it's actually working! I hope i have the same results as you did, it already seems a lot better!
