Adding to my routine

My acne was getting better but now it's acting up again. :| I notice when I wear less makeup my skin stays clearer. I want to start taking a multivitamin. Tumeric/Ginger and lycopene supplements should also help my skin to stay clear. I also want to try yoga to help me relax. I'm using an AHA retexturizing peel. It helps me to have smooth skin but it contains way too much alcohol. I'd like to find a better AHA product.
