Dermatologist Appt this morning. Skin in a state of "going to break out soon" I have lots of bumps underneath, more are forming, I can feel painful twinges, puffy, swollen, dry, RED, irritated, blotchy. big pores and blackheads all over forehead and nose and cheeks, lots of red marks, brown marks. Feel like I am starting from Day 1. Which I am.

Hoping to rule out anything I might have a reaction to or that a combination of something might not be working for my skin. Starting off with just tazorac and slowly adding things in. Staying on ORACEA antibiotic. If anything crazy happens calling doctor. Next dermatologist appointment in 3 MONTHS. Nervous and once again hopeful and ready to stick to to another attempt.

I got a new moisturizer from the doctor, his own brand. I think the cetaphil in the morning is making my skin super greasy and making it hard to apply make up. I like that this new one I can use sparingly and has antioxidants in it.
