Week Six: Day Forty-One



So track started today. I actually kept up REALLY well with the jumpers despite my being sick. I'm a lot faster now that I've experienced running three or five miles at a time. I'm mad because nobody cooled down. I for one do not want to be sore so I did, but I had to lie and say I took longer at the water fountain because I didn't want to get anyone in trouble >.<

Oh well. I'm doing this for my health, not really to make friends. It also improves my self image. Even if my body composition hasn't changed I feel so much skinnier knowing how hard I push myself everyday. Its like a new view about myself. I see thin instead of fat even if nothing changes, weird XD

And I've noticed significant improvement in the smoothness of my skin. There are still darkmarks but now its like clear skin with dark spots instead of acne with spots of clear skin :D. Lawlz. Night people :D
