Retin-a Week 3

I almost forgot to update! I've been really busy teaching a classroom of first graders, so things have been slipping my mind lately.

So, It's week three, and I'm liking what I'm seeing! My forehead is Sooooo much better. It's so much smoother. Actually, my whole face is a ton smoother. I think I had forgotten what really clear skin felt like (It's been that long). I keep wanting to touch my face, but that's not good!! My nose, my cheeks, my forehead, it's all so smooth! It feels like baby skin. Redness and peeling do not seem to really be a problem anymore.

I do still have some little clusters. Mostly on the left side of my face and my temples. I'm still far from perfection, but that's okay. I know if someone with perfect skin looked at my skin, they probably wouldn't be real impressed, but this is near perfection to me. The way I see it is, if I'm happy, that's all that really matters, and I definitely am. I wanted to let everyone know that I'm so impressed with the scrub I'm using as well. It got rid of all that dead skin and made my skin look so polished. So Retin-a users, I think it's okay to use a scrub! I didn't realize that at first.

I'm considering starting the clinique three step. I really love the makeup remover and scrub that I got from them. And their makeup is wonderful. From what I've read, some people really like the three step, and some REALLY don't, but I think it might be worth a try. Once I get my face completely clear, I want a good skin care system to really preserve that.

Well, another week down. I hope it just keeps getting better and better. :D
