I'm eager to here how you're weightlifting routine goes while on accutane. I was pretty into lifting for about 8 months but have decreased and am trying to do more yoga to give myself a break. Are you taking any other supplements besides ZMA?I also see you are drinking while on accutane....ditto here. Ever think about adding a green product? I'm taking greens plus daily detox...I think it will help!

I'm trying not to make a habit out of the drinking, but I'm pretty sure as long as I drink a gallon of water a day and don't get wasted 3 nights a week I'll be ok. Yeah I take more supplements than ZMA. Right now I take something like:- 5 grams creatine- 3.5 grams beta alanine-ZMA-6 g fish oil-Taurine (as needed)-Protein powder (if I don't eat enough from other sources in the day, which is rare)-50-60 mcg clenbuterol (don't tell anybody lol)Taking clen might not be the best idea right now with the accutane, but fuck it, the negative side effects of both drugs are completely overblown by a vocal minority. In case you are unfamiliar, clen is a weight loss aid (stimulant), sort of similar to ephedrine. I take 25 mcg's twice a day, which to me feels like drinking 2-3 cups of coffee. It helps dull appetite and preserve muscle mass on a cut.The weightlifting I'm anticipating will go ok, since I'm cutting weight I don't think I'll be getting much stronger in the next few months. But if I can drop to 185 and still bench 280, squat 375, and deadlift 450, that'll be a success!Don't know a thing about green products except be careful of the bs ones. I eat a lot of spinach lol. I hope that is enough greens.
