So here I am. Not much improvement since week three, least not in the picture. Might be the less forgiving lighting. Idk..I'll keep going though. Also I'm becoming more integrated with the other runners, as in more of them talk to me and help me and the coach does too. I'm not allowed to do workouts yet (I guess because the normal runs are enough of a workout for me) but I noticed the run I did today (two or two and a half miles) was done faster and easier than my first two days. It was actually kind of FUN and when it was over I felt like I wanted to run MORE. Which is cool,...I also heard that the upcoming part was the hardest, where you were faster but you weren't as fast as you needed to be, but soon you'd fly by parts that would of once killed you. I've never done this before so I guess I don't know yet but,...I'd love to feel that accomplishment.
And I might of lost a school textbook. I hope not. I really liked that one.
