week 3



So far so good! Ive had really nothing but positive changes to reducing my sugar intake. Ive only had one pimple... that was manageable and small, the week before my cycle (which is normal for me to have 3-4 during that week). No cysts! :( I have not noticed a dramatic change with the scarring.... but thats because ive been lazy with the skin fading cream. The Neutrogena Red Soothing cleanser is still amazing, if I use that then my red scars dont seem so noticeable for Id say 12 hours. It is not a permenant fix but I am very satisfied with the short term results and definatly recommend it. Ive just realllllly have been taking a focus on the labels of food and how much sugar I am putting into my body... well... anyways i will keep you guys posted on other things later!
