I am getting more and more white heads does anyone know if there is a connection between kiwi or tomato on acne. I eat half a tomato a day and a whole kiwi for breakfast. The kiwi does cause a slight tingling sensation - is this is a sign of a possible allergy. Tomato, is a nightshade and so are potatoes which give me acne however the potato related acne could be due to the potatoes high gi. Does anyone else experience breakouts from these two?
