I give up. my skin looks the same as it did before the peel. I'm going to assume that I either did not apply enough TCA or should have applied a second layer after the first five minutes.
I'm going to try the peel a second time when the December break comes around, and I'll post again then! :-D
I figured that today would be the day I would see some action from the Peel, but I'm wrong; there is nothing. There is absolutely no peeling and I'm not even itching, so I'm starting to wonder if it didn't work. (

When I woke up, I repeated the wash and put on a very thin layer of Neosporin and topped it off with an Oil-Free moisturizer with SPF 30. Sooooooo, I've always been plagued by bad skin, and for the past eleven years, I've suffered. After hours of Google-ing, I found that a TCA (Tri-chloroacetic acid) Peel at home was probably the best option for me because: A) I'm poor, and the equipment for this process is cheap. B) It's relatively easy to do and C) I have the opportunity for downtime because of the Thanksgiving holiday.
I've been using ProActiv for about seven years, and it's been just okay for my skin.
