Approach: Gut

My step-sister and step-mother both suffer from gluten intolerance and acne is a BIG symptom. When I was on my Candida diet and I was off gluten, dairy, some nuts (well-known allergens) my acne cleared up. Getting a food allergy test from a nutritionist is worthwhile.

Approach: Hormonal

So.. Everyone is saying it's just hormones (everyone being random people)... But from that perspective I have tries some things in conjunction with Candida diet and it has helped. If you think of all the added hormones in meat, dairy and water these days it's not unlikely to effect us in some way. Evening Primrose Oil- not an old lady'a oil. Approach: Candida

I have had acne since I was 16ish and I'm now 21... I have heard that Racutane (spelling?) has been taken off the shelves due to TOO MANY LAW SUITS FOR LIVER FAILURE. I am all for practicality though, so if generic (ALOPATHIC) medicine can cure acne with NO side effects then lets do it.
