I haven't been keeping up with my photos or blog because I've been super sick. Pretty sure my son, my daughter, and I all have the flu. Blah. Will update when I can crawl out of bed without tossing my cookies.
One week into the raw food diet, and I'm feeling pretty good! I've lost 5lbs so far, and my skin has already cleared up quite a bit.
I have been having some cravings for pasta and dairy, so last night I made an exception for some vegan "cheese". I also ate waaay too many nuts. Bad idea... I honestly knew at the time that it wasn't a good idea, but i just couldn't help myself. Anyway, this morning I had such a terrible stomach ache. It was awful... So, I won't be doing that again.

I feel more energized than I have felt in a long time.. And not the jittery energy that you get from caffeine, it just feels like nice, clean energy. I couldn't be happier about this because I have been battling fatigue for some years now. I would attribute the fatigue to my fibromyalgia and my not-so-great vegetarian diet. As a vegetarian, I would obviously not eat meat, but I really didn't consume nearly enough fresh produce. Inste
