Entry#1 So Officially Started My Non-Dairy Quest To Beautiful Skin...

I talked to my dad two days ago about his unfortunate events with acne and he said he realized that peanuts and milk were the causes to his acne. It's true though. He barely drinks milk and he stays away from peanuts at all costs because it still will break him out even though he's at age 51. Anyway, long story short, I'm started to go non-dairy free. I drove over to Trader Joes yesterday and got myself a nice carton of Original Almond Milk and I'll now start drinking it as a substitute for now on. And I started using Crusader Soap, which is almost like a black soap...Just medicated I believe. (Got it from my mother) and I started exercising for at least 30 mins every day, 3-4 days a week. I just pray this works...And even if it doesn't work, at least I'll be healthy, chemical free, and somewhat happy, I guess. Let's see how it goes.
