So its 17/03/12 and tomorrow i will try a new diet involving no dairy, bread, or sweets/junk food. This will be a 1 month trial from March 18- April 18.
Its gonna SUCK! i know but it wouldnt hurt to give it a try. So why not?.
Hopefully it wont make a major difference cause i love eating all kinds off food. You can say im a foodie. But if so then i guess imma have to give up those foods.
In addition of DKR and this diet, i will have set times for sleep so 11pm-7am will be sleep times and trying to drink as much H2O as possible. For those who are reading this and have anything to say, please feel free to give me a shout.
4th week on DKR and going though another phase of breakout again. noticed theres a pattern of breakouts every 2nd week. hopefully my recovery time is quicker from this regimen.
After reading a lot of post on the forms, I sorta changed my regimen that help with flakiness.
Cetaphil gentle cleanser. 10sec's or less
wait until face completely dry
finger lenth BP, then wait till face completely dry!
one pump of dan's moisterizer with 2 drops of jojoba oil, then wait till completely dry
one pump of dan's moisterizer with 3 drops of jojoba oil plus 2 pumps of SPF 50
EXACTLY the same for AM except no SPF
since im on my 4th week now, i'll will be using Dan's AHA+ on every 3rd day. Hope that helps with my hyper pigmentation.
Hey, so im just about 3 weeks in. had a major breakout last week. This week seems pretty good mayb 1 new pimple and last weeks pimples are starting to heal. Also in the past weeks i had a problem with flakiness after using spf moisterizer and i finally figured out how to use it without the flakiness. Just mix 1/2 pump of dan's moisterizer with 1 pump of cetaphil 50spf moisterizer and 4-6 drops of jojoba oil and it just goes on and stays on. so i've finally got to the full 2 pumps or 1 finger line and no irritations, no signs of redness =) and well i think its gonna start goin good from here. i also stop drinking coffee and stopped using complex 15 cause some ppl gotten breakouts from it and i think thats why i had some bad breakouts last week. will be starting AHA+ soon cant wait to get rid of my hyperpigmentation.
alright, so im on my first week on dan's regimen with my own custom. Couple new acne already starting to fade and no new acne after those. just about almost at one full pump but a bit afraid to go pass more then one pump at the moment. Trying to go at my own pace right now as my face is just a bit flaky after 8 hours after having bp. My goal is to get to 2 pumps, which looks quiet a lot, by week 3.
hopefully, by 3 months i'll have perfect skin.
So its been 4 days on regimen and well, my skin is very dry around the mouth. I've tryed using jojoba oil and still dry. Tried adding more moisterizer and it stings and still dry. hopefully by end of this week my skin will be back to normal and i'll be up my bp close to a full pump
So i've been on this regimen before but i stop because my face got really red and i couldnt take it. So i started again cause i though i should give it a second chance and nothing else was really working for me. So its morning on my second day, face feels a little tighter; been using bp on morning and night cause my face is sorta got used to it before. Face is little blushed, i think thats kinda normal in my case using this much bp on second day.
