4 Essential Steps for Acne Free Treatment

In this article, I will share with you 4 steps that are necessary for any effective acne free treatment. Each of these 4 steps is against one of best-known causes of acne. The result is your smooth and healthy-looking skin. A lot of acne suffers (including me) who followed these 4 steps have been impressed by both the effectiveness and the gentle effect it has on the skin. I hope you will benefit from these info, too. Personally I used to have a lot of acne on my face. These acne make me lose confidence when interacting with other people and create constant depressions. To treat these acne, I spent a lot of money and efforts trying to find the right solution for me. After a while, I found out that all the treatments available on the markets, be it a e-book, cream or treatment session with a doctor, they are actually similar and can be fit into the 4 steps I will share with you below. So here are the 4 steps. Step 1: Unclogs Pores & Renews Skin Wash your face daily by using a Glycerin Based or Sorbitol Based Soap. Most soaps and washes on the market can't avoid over-drying or irritating the skin while removing all the oils. Some soaps even left a waxy feeling that actually would block the pores and cause acne breakouts, especially in areas like T-Zone (middle forehead to nose and chin). Glycerin or Sorbitol based soaps can help clean the oil on the face without creating the drying or waxy feel of the skin, which is necessary for the following acne free treatment steps. Step 2: Tone Your Skin This is often neglected during your daily face washing process. But toner actually can wipe away the excess oil that the soap is not able to remove. On top of that, toner can neutralize and kill the bacteria forming substances that will cause acne. So it's a vital step for any acne free treatment. To use toner effectively, follow below simple steps. First, clean both of your hands with a anti-bacterial soap. Second, moisten a cotton ball with the toner till it's semi-filled. Third, apply the cotton ball onto your face starting from chin and go upward. Do the above 3 steps routinely after your face washing (including your neck) and you will feel the difference after a while.  Step 3: Apply Medication Cleaning and toning your skin on a daily basis is to prevent the acne from happening as much as possible. They are also the necessary steps to prepare your skin for the medication for your existing acne. As we all know, acne is a skin problem due to the pores being blocked by oil. It needs special attention like any other health problem. There are a few acne medication solutions and products out there - e.g. acne creams that can be applied to skin with acne to prevent inflammation or remove developed acne scars. There are also treatment programs available in the markets like chemical peel, skin dermabrasion or laser treatment. Depending on your skin and acne conditions, you need to choose treatments that are suitable for yourself. Consult your doctor for suggestion if you are not sure. Personally I will recommend "Acne Free in 3 Days" program by Chris Gibson. I have tried it personally and found it really effective - this is a acne free treatment that you can see effects in just 3 days.  Step 4: Cut the Sugars. Get Plenty Vitamin C & Water While all the above 3 steps can give you an instant improvement of skin condition, they are re-active treatments. For long term effects, you need to be pro-active. You are what you eat. Any acne free treatment that doesn't include a scheme to adjust your meal structure is not an effective treatment. It might have some short term effects but is not a solution to your acne problem. The good news is that this is really no rocket-science. What you need to do is simply lowering your sugar intake, drink a lot of water (to detox) and take vitamin C (a key component for skin repairing process). But you need to do this on a consistent basis - actually do it correctly in just 3 days you will see effects - as said in Chris Gibson's "Acne Free in 3 Days" book. For any effective acne free treatment, the above 4 steps are proven useful. Clean, Tone your skin well to prevent acne and prepare your skin for meditation. Change your meal structure like lowering your sugar intake and drink a lot of water and vitamin C for long lasting effects. Visit My Website for Acne Free Tips - www.fadeacnescar.com
