Day 3 [drinking coffee]

I know there are several places that say coffee is bad for acne. I say it tastes good and gets my day started and there are plenty of people without acne who drink it so oh well. I like vienna with almond creamer and 1 teaspoon of sugar. yummy! Any way it's been 3 days since i started the reginmen. So far i have done all the steps exactly like whats on the printout list (which i taped up on my b-room mirror). I have had no redness, no peeling but my skin does look a little clearer, with no new zits popping up since i started the treatment which is a miracle because i usually get 1 new one a day! My husand says my face is a little "pinker" then usual but i dont really see it... wishful thinking . So the hardest parts of the regimen have been this: 1. i always shower at night. it's been my ritual for years, it helps me relax. also at my job i work around a bunch of chemicals so i have to shower when i get home/at night or risk bringing all that yucky into my bed. i reversed dans "shower in the morning, wash at night" guess that means i'm already not following the regimen exactly but it's just not sanitary to get covered in goverment grade hydaulic fluid and grease then come home and get in bed like that. (i'm an aircraft mechanic.) 2.3 pumps of moisterizer being "glided on" in 2 min. is just not going to happen. seriously 3 pumps is enough to moisterize well alot. i just cant get it all "on" in 2 min. i end up with big globs of moisterizer on my face and hands and letting it dry like that is... well lets just say it doesnt work. 2 pumps is just right for my face and neck, about a quarter size (3 pumps is like a half dollar idc what the instructions say) 3. not picking is SO HARD!!! i'm doing it but it is killing me. i currently have 3 whiteheads on my face and i'm going to walk around all day like that. but for all the complaints i have, it's actually going well so far, it's only been 3 days and i already have way less actual pimples. I have pic.s but i'll put them up later. i'm going to start using my bp 2 times a day, still a phlange size amount (from the last crease of my finger to the tip). i'll let you all know how it's going. <3 Anna's Mom.

Day 1 [up way too late]

I reciecved my Acne.com facial products, 'cleanser' 'treatment' and 'moisterizer' today. I began them tonight since starting out it is recommended that i only use the 'treatment' (bp) once a day and since i can no longer wear makeup i'd prefer not to look like a lobster tommrow all day (i might any way who knows???). I could go on and on about my years of acne and all the treatments i have tried but i'm already up way way past my bed time (usually 9:30. i have to be at work at 530, so i usually get up at 4 to be ready in time). ANYWAY I followed the treatment EXACTLY. i had no problems (yes the bp does kinda sting a little but i expected that) with any of the process accept the 3 full pumps of moisterizer. I dont know if i have a really small face or what but 3 pumps was enough to moistrize my whole face, neck, hands and forearms. however i sat there and paitently 'glided' ALL the moistrizer on my face for what seemed like the full 15 min. then i took another 15 min to dry. I need to check the directions again and see if i can use a little less or to make sure that i did it all right. I want to do exaclty as recommended as that is what seems to work for people. if that means rubbing moistrizer on to my face for 15 min every day well i'll suck it up but it seemed kinda... wasteful? i took lots of pics. i'll put them up tommrow when i'm not so tired! - <3 Anna's Mom ***i just re-read the instructions (which i printed the check list to use in the bathroom but it's not as detailed as the online instructions, and i was supposed to use 3 full pumps of moistrizer, however i was only supposed to glide it on for 2 min. i probably did it for 5 (give or take)...
