Early report after starting new products and Spearmint Tea.

My new regimen includes 4 cups of Tradional Medicinals Spearmint Tea/day. I brew them for a long time in boiling hot water and squeeze the teabag into the tea before drinking, just like the box says to. Starting new products.

So, I just received all the products I ordered. Ill be drinking 2 cups spearmint tea/day. These are the active ingredients in the topicals: Zinc pca Green tea Nobiletin Saw Palmetto extract Will let you know how it goes. I've been doing it all for 2 days so far and I think I see a very slight reduction in oil, but it's too soon to know. Wish me luck. Next up: topical dht blockers and sebum inhibitors

Since PDT was only minorly effective against the oil slick known as my face, I'm checking out some of the weird little products that are supposed to reduce oil topically. my PDT experience

This year I tried PDT, photo dynamic therapy. I had 3 rounds of it at Epicenter Medspa in San Francisco. Kelly, the medical esthetician there, is great. I totally recommend her. She was careful to prepare my skin thoroughly for the treatments and give me long incubation times with the Levulan to get the best results.
