Okayyy so i've done everything to try to control my acne. and its been two years now. i finally have it under control since im on pills and epiduo.....but im scared to try drinking milk again. my parents say i can't stop taking dairy products since im really athletic and i run alot. but im scared if i bring dairy products back into my diet it'll worse my acne .......again. I can't figure out if almond milk has sugar....and if it does is it okay to drink it in moderation. i avoid sugars, nuts, dairy, greasy, and white wheat food. yeah im that serious about keeping my acne away and its SO worth it. idkkk what to do.....should i try almond milk!?
