Hello everyone, first off I would like to wish you all an amazing summer! Now lets get down to the dirty business. Personally I struggled with acne for many years from about age 16 up until I was nearly 23. I did not decide to use any antibiotics as I always believed if I was persistent that the answers would present themselves. Now is my opportunity to share the information that will help all of your lives incredibly. So listen up and get well soon . First off stop washing your face with all these products, I may have bought every single product you can imagine, as well as acne.orgs special blends. Although they do work you are not solving the root of the problem, more so just covering it up for a while. The most important thing that you need to understand about acne is that it is something that happens when your skin is trying to heal an infection or irritation of some sort. When your mouth is not clean than acidic bacteria forms and causes infectious saliva that when in contact with your skin causes pimples. These are steps on how to keep your mouth clean and must be followed for clearer skin are; Do not bite your nails or put your fingers in your mouth (basically you are putting all sorts of bacteria in your mouth that will be in your saliva) 1. Use a tooth past that is organic like Toms without Flouride or whitening compounds and brush after every meal (as this may irritate skin, especially around your mouth) 2. Floss your teeth twice a day (very important) 3. Use a saline mouth wash or gargle with a glass of salt water for a minute twice a day to kill the bacteria in your mouth. Also you can purchase Potassium Bicarbonate and gargle with that as well as drink it to alkaline you body (more on that later) 5. Keep your tooth brush clean or buy a new one every few weeks. 4. Try and stay away from acidic foods and sugars as they allow bacteria in your mouth to breed. All of these steps will help you keep an impecible oral hygene that way when you drool at night it wont affect your skin. This is only one of the major causes of acne as there are a few more. Like I mentioned before it is about a balance of health that you must have with your body! The next topic is not to wash your skin so much because your natural oils on your skin are very important for you. I recommend to take colder showers as this will not irritate the skin so much. Only wash your face twice a day if you have to and by wash I mean just splash your face around 10 times with your hands once in the morning and another at night. This is sufficient enough to clean your face. About once a week take a bowl of hot water and put a towel over your head and hover over the steam to clean your pores, but don't over do it or you will dry out your skin. If you are a woman and use make up I suggest you buy a gentle all natural soap like black african soap to wash your face at night and follow up with some all natural 90-100% Aloe vera gel that is peaaban and fragrance free. Men can also use Aloe Vera gel to moisturise your face if you feel it too dry. But make sure to check and see if it is 90-100% Aloe Vera gel and not Aloe Vera 100% gel because they are tricking you and it means there is only 100% Gel not Aloe Vera sneaky sneaky. Recommend Lilly of the valley Aloe vera gel as it is berry berry nice. The next topic would be parabans, sodium luaryl sulfate, sodium laureth sulfate and fragrances in cometics as well as in gels. Do not buy any products that have these ingredients, both hair conditioners and shampoos are included. Also gels are a big cause of pimples both on the forehead , down the side lines of your face and most likely your back. They contain many kinds of alcohols and fragrances that irritate your skin and clog your pores. So if need be just buy a beany or a hat and stay away from hair products unless they are considered Free of these ingredients. A good alternative is to buy flax seed gel with Aloe Vera as this will hold your hair together and also provide nutrients to heal your hair follicles at the same time! Take also into consideration your laundry detergent, buy the FREE kinds such ass ALL free, and also the same for fabric softeners as these will remain in your shirts and irritate your back. Lastly the most important this is to keep your body in an alkaline state. Go online and research how to keep your body Alkaline and how acidic foods cause bacteria both in your mouth and in your body. Take 3-4 grams of vitamin C a day as well as Vitamin A and D. Also supplement with fish oils and buy a supplement called GREENS + superfood and take that with a glass of water a day. Eat lots of vegetable and if your goal is to be healthy than you know what you need to do on your track for a better life.
