Pros:

Just wow. I have very bad body acne, and within a week it's started to clear up. The acne on the most oily parts of my face are gone, and makes an oily face drier.

Cons:

Sometimes gets face too dry. In the normal parts of my face, a lot of peeling, and some redness. Made right near my nose a little scaly. All you need to do is get a good moisterizer. Also, it was hard to dispense at first.

PanOxly is a life saver. Nothing ever worked for me as well as PanOxly. I wouldn't recommend it for your face...but defintely the body. It does clear up the face some, with a small sacrifice of your skin peeling a little, but it didn't cause any damage to my body. Overall, I love this product. PanOxyl and I defintely have a future ahead of us.

Pros:

works effectively if used correctly

Cons:

can cause irritation nd peeling

ok if u want this product to work correctly u have 2 use consistenly day nd night, be very gentle when lathering on the skin, and i noticed the longer u lather the more of a possibily of reddening or iirritating rash, so lather for 20-30 sec, plus i use cetaphil daily mosturizer, which i think is the best beacause it hydrates all day nd is non-comedemic, no fragnance nd jusst the best go cop it! nd if going in the sun use a good sun block like olay spf-15 , its non comedemic so it will not block pores--hope this helps like it helped me!!

Pros:

inexpensive, easy to use, does not irritate. 10% formula is
best for me, lower %BPs do not help at all. It is a wash, so you do not need to worry about bleaching your cloths. It leaves no residue.

Cons:

I cannot find any!

First I started using 10% salicylic acid which slowed down the black head formation with the added peeling benefit, but it did not help control my acne. This product helped me to control my acne while using 10% SA. I have used BP before both as lotion and wash with smaller percentage like 2.5%, 4%. It seems I needed much higher percent. I like that it is a soap, I use it both for my face and back. About 4 years ago, I remember using prescription 8% BP wash.I think higher numbers were not available over the counter than. That one worked well too, but it left residue inside sebaceous glands which is perhaps good for killing bacteria. But, the BP residue came out from the glands with the sweat on my back, especially while doing sports.I ruined many cotton T-shirts. With this product, I did not have any such problem yet!!! My acne is gone 90%. First time in the last 5-6 years, I am really happy using any acne medicine.

Pros:

I have struggled with cystic acne for years and have tried retin a, murad, dermalogica-you name it. I have never found anything so effective! Panoyxl is the best!

Cons:

I haven't found any yet

You can pay hundreds of dollars for a dermatologist and fancy skincare but nothing will work as well as this product. (at least it did for me)

Pros:

It is really affective

Cons:

I believe it has caused me to develop a bumpy ras all over te back of my arms in the shoulder area where I applied it. I stopped using it and the bumps haven't gone away yet.

If you don't have sensitive skin its really effective. These bummps are incredibly embarassing and persistent.

Pros:

Very quick working, inexpensive, a great product overall

Cons:

Slight burning when first starting usage, cannot go out in sun without sunblock, may irritate slightly before working, bleaches hair and fabric

I started using this a couple months ago, once a day or every other day, and my acne was nearly gone. But if you slack for a couple days (like I did), the acne can come back (that's to be expected, though). You notice results within half an hour or so, pimples will appear smaller and less red, and will be significantly better than before only with one day. Repeated use a couple times a day will probably clear one's face right up in a couple weeks. The drawbacks are that you have to pull back your hair if you have dark colored hair, or it may bleach it (I have blond hair, so I don't really have to worry). You also need to put sunblock on your face if you go outside. I don't know why, but I'd do it. Don't get it on fabric, either, or it will bleach the fabric (if it has Peroxide in the chemical name, I wouldn't take a chance on getting it on your hair or fabric). Overall, this product will astonish and amaze you at how quickly and effectively it works. A much recommended

Pros:

Well, I'm not sure if I'm actually using "Panoxyl", but I'm using 10% benzoyl peroxide. This stuff does actually work! After a couple of weeks my acne was 90% gone. It really becomes not an issue anymore.

Cons:

Once you stop, it stops, so because I'm lazy sometimes I stop using it and my acne comes back. Also, this time around it made my skin EXTREMELY dry so I had to go out and get some moisturizer! But I think you're supposed to do so anyway. No biggie.

Basically, be consistent and it will be consistent. And pair it with a good moisturizer. Preferably one with sunblock, I guess, because on the bottle it says that you need to stay out of the sun. I don't want no premature aging. Also for cost I wrote zero but that's because it was prescribed by my doctor and I have insurance. As a sidenote, you should really mention your acne to your doctor. They can prescribe stuff. And they know things.

Pros:

prevent pimples from growing. get rid of oily face. for the first few days of using it, i already notice the difference. though the acne scars are still visible but at least no more cysts.

Cons:

it dries the skin. if you don't use some good moisturizer, your skin especially at the side of the mouth started to peel. follow some moisturizer after using it.

i recommend this product if u are not allergic to benzoyl peroxide. there's nothing wrong if you try. in the first place it is best value for your money unlike those expensive products which do nothing to your face aside from aggravating your acne more.
