Pros:

easily absorbed, seems to help

Cons:

slight itching. reduces healing of red spots.

it reduced the redish tone i had on my cheeks, keep using it consistently!!!! i missed using it once and i woke with a break out. i had about 3 major breakouts since using it but overall i think it really works.

Pros:

First week and I've seen quite an improvement. I've suffered for years and not bothered until my Doc recommended it.

Cons:

Hurts like hell!!!!

I'll persevere because I think it is going to work. My skin is smoother and eruptions are reducing quite rapidly. UK has NHS so it's quite cheap here. I'm not bothered about fragrance.

Pros:

For me helps a little even when used just twice a week, once a day. Does not bleach textiles. Skin turns very smooth after the peeling effect.

Cons:

Does not cure the acne even in regular use, though reduces blackheads. Delays the healing of red spots. The itching can be quite unbearable, especially on hot weather (so I opt to using just occasionally)

Has positive effect for me even when used occasionally, so why to suffer from the itch daily. Not many treatments work for me, so this is well worth recommending.

Pros:

seems to work, is over-the-counter

Cons:

stings if your skin is very dry, and you need to avoid sunlight

Pros:

Doesn't bleach clothing

Cons:

Made my acne worse, delayed healing of spots

I used this for two months. It gradually made the acne on my chin worse and worse. It has been worse that it has ever been and the spots that are appearing take ages to heal and remain red. Normally my spots disappear within a few days. I didn't have much stinging or itching on application-just occasionally. I have hormonal acne, I flare up on my chin twice a month normally with between 2-5 spots. Since using skinoren I have about 10 spots and that has been all month long, I keep getting new ones and the old ones aren't disappearing. I cannot recommend skinoren at all. Perhaps it is because my acne is hormonal and adult acne-I am 29. I have stopped using skinoren today and have some DIM on order as my next product to try, if that doesn't work I'll have to try spiro

Pros:

over time it removes almost all acne and redness. you still might get a pimple though, but when your face is in your natural colour one zit or two does'nt look that bad.

Cons:

still had two breakouts after i starting using it. one year after i started, then six months after that. maybe because i got lazy and did'nt use it frequently enough when i looked good. hope so..

your acne itches, but i saw it as a signed of it working. and in a while, it sure did. i cleared up fine and got my selfesteem back.

Pros:

works very well. Nothing else helped before. Took about 2 weeks to notice the difference but now it left my skin smooth and clear. Though I use it once a day, otherwise it's too drying.

Cons:

Itchy on application.

I would recommend it.

Pros:

I've used Skinoren for about 3 months now. It's great at preventing inflammation from picking and popping. It has reduced the amount of pimples I get. I also use St. Eves Apricot Scrub to because Skinoren prepares your skin to regenerate by peeling.

Cons:

It says on the package to not use for more than 6 months...why?

Try it! I Am an African American female with mild-moderate acne.

Pros:

i found it to work after two weeks i found that it got rid of my white and balck heads and my skin was smoother!

Cons:

it did itch to begin with, and the price was really expensive here, i paid 31 dollars for a 30gram tube

even tho your skin itches for the first couple of weeks stick at it! i was so relieved to find something that actually had an effect on my skin, i was on doxycycline at the time aswel but once i stopped using the skinoren my acne came back!!
