Grateful Niora customer for about 15 years.
Prior to finding Niora Alpha Cleanser and Exfoliant, I could never find a cleanser that worked for me. They all either dried my face causing irritation and breakouts or left it oily with breakouts. These products were my solution and have been for a very long time. I never write reviews but I want more people to know about and purchase their products because I don't ever want them to go out of business. They are really affordable so you won't be out much if you want to give them a try. I can't say use the Alpha C serum for acne because I purchased it once and found it to be too greasy to even try. Just get the Cleanser/Exfoliant combo pack. I use the Cleanser followed by the Exfoliant. Then when the Exfoliant is dry, I use the Acne.org BP followed by the Acne.org Moisturizer. I do this every morning and night, and I rarely get pimples any more. I have also had two courses of Accutane- one in my twenties and another in my early thirties. I'm in my forties now, and it doesn't look like I'll have to suffer through that again. Thanks Acne.org and Niora!

Pros:

Feels good on skin.
Relatively inexpensive (if purchased without Alpha C Serum).

Cons:

Alpha C Serum caused my skin to breakout.
Alpha C Serum is expensive.
No noticeable improvement to my acne or my skin.

I've been using Alpha Clear Acne Treatment and Alpha C Serum for well over a month with no noticeable improvement to my acne and skin in general. In fact, I started breaking out with pustules the first few days of using the products. I read that this may be normal, so I gave the product a chance and continued to try it out. The longer I used the products, the worse, more frequent and more painful the pustules became. After a few weeks, I stopped using the Alpha C Serum and I didn't have the painful pustules anymore. I continued using the Alpha Clear Cleanser and Exfoliant, but saw no improvement in my acne. I am now left with more red spots on my face from the pustules possibly caused by the Alpha C Serum.

Pros:

I've been using this for about a month, and it has cleared up my skin better than anything else I've tried, and I've been battling acne for about 15 years. It is winter, so we'll see how it works in the summer, but using the cleanser with my Clarisonic twice a day followed by the toner has worked wonders for me.

Cons:

A little tough to remove makeup, I usually soak a hot towel with some lavender oil and use that to remove makeup prior to this in the evening.

Amazing product line for mature acneic skin.

Pros:

Inexpensive - (considering it works!), Effective and Magic

Cons:

None!

This product works! I'm a female, fair skinned, in my mid 20's that has always had bad skin. It went away briefly, then I turned 22 and the cyst-hormonal acne started, along with tons of blackheads. I've tried EVERYTHING and everything seemed to have worked for the first week then crapped out, and made my skin even worse: Anything with BP and Salicylic acid that is. Then Ta da! My skin is now awesome due to currently using Niora's Alpha Clear Cleanser & the Alpha Clear Exfoliant twice a day. At first it will make your face a little oily but give it time! After the "toner/exfoliant" dries I apply Neutrogena oil free (sensitive skin) moisturizer and as for make up I use, Clean and Clear (clean-sensitive skin) liquid foundation (using a clean wedge) and Cover Girl (clean) powder. All of these things work beautifully together. I totally recommend this product! [link removed]
