Pros:

Cheap and effective.

Cons:

Hard to find in stores. I have only seen it in ULTA stores, but I assume it is sold elsewhere.

I have been using this line for well over a year. The exfoliating cleanser is my favorite. It's a fine grit, so it feels effective yet gentle. Contrary to other reviews, I have never felt the toner burn my skin. The lotion is also really mild. Once the lotion absorbs, I use Oil of Olay Sensitive Skin moisturizer, followed by Bare Escentuals mineral makeup. I break out occasionally now, but for the most part, my skin stays generally clear. Before I used Klear Action, my skin was out of control!!

Pros:

* Less expensive than Proactiv
* Easy open bottles
* Potentially the same results as Proactiv

Cons:

* Toner burns sometimes when you put it on
* Lotion tends to have some small textural grains in it
* Cleanser does not have grains like Proactiv and is more liquidy

I have only been on this product for about a week and am seeing the same results I saw with Proactiv, which I was on for about a year. I have occasional flare-ups and one day hope that my skin will be perfect, especially for my wedding in about a year. The main reason why I stopped Proactiv was the cost and a friend recommended Klear Action to me. I am hoping that with continued use, this product will work better than Proactiv. The toner tends to burn when I put it on, so be cautious of this within your first few uses. This may change as I continue use. I also think that this product tends to bleach items more often than Proactiv, do take precautions when using towels/washcloths. Lastly, the reparing lotion has some grainy texture to it. This threw me off at first, but I guess this is just what it is supposed to be like. The overnight cream is wonderful. It does not dry out your skin overnight as the Proactiv overnight cream did and seems to work quite well. Recommended product so f

Pros:

Affordable and works fast

Cons:

none I can think of...

I use this product for a week now. My face is not really severe, just need a little clearing up on the blackheads. Now, its all cleared up. I'm so happy, my skin is so soft and it didn't really irritate my skin, but I was cautious enough to use sunscreen the fact that I'm living in Hawaii. You should try this product. It works for me.

Pros:

Face soap has a little bit of grit in it that exfoliates my skin. Clears up acne great. Less costly than proactiv.

Cons:

None.

Finally something has been working so well and for so long I almost forget that I have an acne problem. This system plus using Paula's Choice Beta Hydroxy lotion .5% (just in the morning, after the toner but before the benzol peroxide) seems to work for me. My skin needs to keep exfoliated. I used to think that I had dry skin because it would often flake off. I would put lotions on my face which was the wrong thing to do. It kept the skin building up on my face when what I actually needed to be doing was getting rid of the extra skin. Now in addition to using this genle face cleanser I also somtimes even gently rub by face in the shower and skin just peels off. IfI use the Paula's Choice beta hydroxy more than once a day, I don't have as good of results.

Pros:

Awesome!

Cons:

Wash and lotion run out before toner

My best friend and I used this a couple years back (both of us had acne, mine the average kind, hers the cystic) and not only did it clear up our faces, but it made our skin BEAUTIFUL. I couldn't stop looking at her face after about a month or so because our skin looked better than skin on people who NEVER break out. We stopped using it after the Sally's near our house stopped selling it (this was before you could find it at a number of places), and of course that was a mistake because it's been years and I still have acne no matter what I do. But this is the only thing that has ever worked for me (I even used proactive) and I'm going on it again! :)

Pros:

Works FAST, improves existing acne and the texture of your skin.

Cons:

None.

I've tried almost everything (change in diet, exercising regularly, steaming, miscellaneous acne products, etc. etc. etc.) and nothing seemed to give me quick or long lasting results. I received this product on Wednesday and ever since I started using it my face has improved so much. I couldn't even believe it. (My skin usually doesn't take well to anything, mind you.) I've even picked at some of my acne and it's still clearing at a phenomenal rate! I can't even imagine what my face is going to look like after an extended period of using this product. Some itching and minor redness does occur when first using the product but that's normal. Don't stop using the product. My face reacts to new products in that fashion but after a week or two the redness and itching goes away. So stick to using the product if you want to see results! It's absolutely worth it.

Pros:

Easy to use

Cons:

Dried up my skin and gave me a rash on my face and neck.

Apparenly this is working for other people, but it gave me an unsightly rash and dried up my skin something fierce.

Pros:

It is cheap enough; it's easy to use

Cons:

It over dried my face after a couple of weeks and I am not sure it's clearing me up... I still have acne...

I don't recommend it if you have sensitive skin.Yes, my face is less oily, but I still break out and I'm over dried. I'm going to give it another couple of weeks but if I don't see more results I will use something else.
