| Bottom line | I was on Azelex for a year for my breakouts. It didn't really work well, although I tend to get dry skin and it helped a little without drying me out. I just switched to Ziana Gel on Monday and so far the results have been amazing. I know it's early, but I hope this continues. Like other posts, it helps a lot with reducing the size of existing pimples. I have not had more outbreaks that before but maybe because I was already on Azelex before??? My skin looks amazing and it's never been this clear (without being scaly dry). Fingers crossed that it continues . . . |

| Bottom line | i have been on this product for only 3 weeks so i am trying to give it a fair shot. i read that your skin may become worse before it gets better and im really hoping that is the case. i am beyond frustrated and upset with products that dont work. if anyone has any suggestions please let me know im desperate and getting depressed. |

| Pros | It actually does work, I normally don't break out too much but when I went to a more humid environment I broke out like crazy, so I went to the derm and he gave me this and solodyn and combined I don't get pimples at all, just one or two small ones. |

| Cons | if you use it too much your skin will become red, my cheeks are pretty red right now, but it's fading my post acne marks so i can deal with it |
| Bottom line | Ziana does work, after about 3 days I could already see the difference on the amount of acne I was getting and on my post-acne marks. It fades the post-acne marks relatively quickly in about 2 weeks or so you will see a big difference in your skin, with the amount of breakouts and the post-acne marks. |

| Cons | While I have always been on the somewhat oily side, Ziana made me excessively oily. So much so, that I could barely control it with powder or the blotting tissues. My husband kept stressing that I looked like a french fry. Very sad. |

| Bottom line | I can't believe how amazing this product is! I used to get bad hormonal acne around my mouth. After reading all the reviews, I was SO SCARED to use Ziana but it cleared my face entirely in 2 weeks. I will get a small pimple every now and then now but it goes away in a day with Ziana. Doctor gave me a coupon so it was cheap. I am so happy! |

| Cons | A bit expensive since my health insurance won't cover it. Still I think is worth it, since the tube will last a few months if used as directed. |
| Bottom line | Been using it in combination with Doxycycline. So far is I've been under treatment for 2 months. My skin looks younger and friends have noticed the difference. Highly recommended. Economically it's a sacrifice, but you won't regret it after you see the good results. |

| Cons | It is horrible! It only made my acne worse and caused huge pimples to form. It also dried, burned, and discolored my skin and made it painful to the touch. When I tried to combat the dryness with lotion it only burned worse. |
| Bottom line | Do not use this if you have sensitive skin or if you enjoy a pain free day. If you want to see real results ask your doctor for something else. ZIANA DOES NOT WORK. |
