| Pros | Worked the first time but I was constantly breaking out and soon ran out of treatments. |

| Cons | Has not worked this time ( 2 months later). Way too time consuming if you really have acne. It probably would be good for those who get 1 or 2 pimples a month or even a week. But I'm not that "lucky" |
| Bottom line | I would take it back but I hate it when they ask you why you are returning the product...isn't is obvious. You can probably get the same effect with a washcloth and bowl of hot water. lol $150 vs $1! |

| Pros | it helped some of my pimples but overall didn't really affect anything. |

| Cons | if you do multiple treatments in one setting, it can be time consuming. the instructions say to use it "as soon as you feel a pimple coming on" and i've done that plenty of times and the pimple just got bigger instead of going away... |
