| Pros | I just love this device! It is the first acne product that I have used that actually WORKS on my cystic pimples! |

| Cons | Doesn't work on old scars, but it doesn't says that it does. |
| Bottom line | I've tried this acne device on every imaginable pimple, even ones it says it does not work on such as cystic. I don't care what the booklet says, it has been the only product I have found that works on my cystic pimples. I am writing here because I want people to know that it may help some other cystic pimple sufferers, like it did me. |

| Cons | They say it doesn't work on cystic acne - I don't know, this isn't the type of acne we have bee combating. |
| Bottom line | I bought this product for my 14 yr old daughter. Acne was visibly improved by the next day. My daughter likes to use this product, she says it just "makes the zits feel better". There is no discomfort from this product. I like that it is not yet ANOTHER chemical treatment. |

| Pros | DOES works on cystic ance that hasn't yet or barely broke the surface of the skin. |

| Cons | does NOT work on whiteheads, blackheads or red marks or scars. actually might cause a little scarring or iritation if used to often. |
| Bottom line | I've burned myself with it once on a cyst zit that hadn't broke the surface yet and developed a lovely blister but no zit. then I was a genius and popped the blister and develpoed a huge red mark type burn on my face. I did use it to much on that paticular zit. live and learn. overall good product but use with extreme caution. |

| Bottom line | I'm tickled pink that this thing actually works, and quickly. When I say quickly, I mean within a day. My pimples went away by the next day. Used correctly, zeno is a very effective spot treatment. |

| Pros | Its working on my pimples. Definitely worth the price. Awesome. Cute. Easy to use. Soothing on the skin. |

| Cons | I bought this as one of my last hopes before asking my Dr. for Acutane. It was inefective. Every pimple I used it on still matured as it would have even if I didn't use it. |
| Bottom line | Save your money, if you want to try something similar I also tried Thermaclear which has a permanent head that never needs replacing and treatment lasts like 3 seconds. You can get it at [link removed]. |
