This product is definitely the miracle I have been waiting for. I get really deep, painful zits, and often times they are so pianful and they take so long to heal, I end up going to the Dr to get a cortisone injection, ugh! Well now I don't have to worry about it anymore--- with Zeno those zits which used to take weeks to go away are gone within a day. It works so well that my husband uses it too! I now have clear skin, and now that I don't have to go to the Dr so often anymore, I'm actually saving money!

Zeno is great if you hardly ever get more than a pimple. Are those people on this site? I was hopeful, but it made even tiny spots cyst up. When I get any sort of clogged pore it turns to a cyst. They did give me my money back through.

I am 51 years old and still get acne on my face and this is a great product, though expensive. I use it whenever I find/see a bump in progress and it works every time, and the pimple is usually gone by morning. This is especially good in conjunction with microdermabrasion treatments, which will draw out pimples you never knew you had. Let me also state that although the acne on my face is very mild, I suffered with cystic acne on my back and chest and am severely scarred as a result and am going through scar revision/skin revision procedures (peels, PDT, etc.). Progress is slow (I stopped breaking out in 1968)and results so far are subtle (I started treatments in October, 2005), but, the dermatologist (he and his staff are well trained) is not certain what procedure(s) will work and how often they will have to be repeated. In short, see a professional and don't rely upon do-it-yourself products! Treatments can be costly, but most will offer package deals and time payments. I have not had any additional scarring or pigmintation changes since I started. Good luck!

i don't even have bad acne, but this made every little bump a horrible mess. what a waste of money. i really wanted it to work too.

If you have ANY propensity to cysts or major irritations don't bother. It worseneded every single thing I used it on. I used it on teendy spots I would have normally thought would be nothing, and it turned every one into a huge cyst.

I really like this product! But like the other reviewer said, it is the kind of product that works if you only get a red bump here and there.
Right now I am using the acne.org routine and it has really helped my mild acne. However, when I got a pimple the other day, I reached for the zeno. It worked great. I used it 3 times over the course of 24 hours and my pimple totally went down and did not get bigger. It kinda stalls it and then it just goes away. For me, who always picks and overapplies BP and the sight of a blemish, this is a great product because I can use it, know it will help the pimple, and no side effects (redness only lasted for 15 minutes). Very $$$, but worth it for me.

Just a trick to take money from anyone willing to try something that expensive.

It did not work for me. Before you spend $225 on this acne treatment, make sure you ask your dermatologist about the return policy. I was told to contact the company. A representative said they would not return it, only replace it. Luckily my dermatologist is great and gave me my money back, even though she will not be reimbursed. The company told her office they would have a 90 day period for returning this item, but failed to live up to their promise.

Being desperate for something to clear my acne, I tried this religiously for one month. It's takes a lot of time, leaves the area very red for hours, and just did not work. My acne is mild to moderate, with cysts that can be painful. I don't just get a red bump. I wanted this to work, but it does not live up to it's claim.
