| Cons | I just received the package - the cleanser bottle was open and leaking, and it was all over the box. They said it could be during the shipping and will be sending another cleanser. As for other things that were in the box, they asked me to just rinse the bottles and it was safe to use. |

| Bottom line | Way too expensive for the little help it provides. You are way better off with cheaper products or using the homemade masks such as the aspirin mask which have been very helpful for me. |

| Bottom line | I actually used this product twice. Both times, the same things happened! The first time I went on it, I broke out SO BAD a couple weeks later (the time they claim the acne should be gone). I called the company and they told me either I was taking too many of the pills or too few..at this point my acne was being contained by another treatment so I left it. A year later, I started breaking out and I had a whole bunch of the capsules left (still do!) so I said why not? I thought I did it wrong the first time, same thing happened! I broke out worse than before. PLEASE do not wast your money on this! its such a bs product and these are words coming from my naturopath! |

| Bottom line | I tried to return it, spent so much on shipping. They didn't refund me in the end because it took 2 weeks to get back to Canada from the US and I missed the deadline they gave me. Not accommodating, do not recommend using this product. Also, their sunscreen makes my face greasy. |

| Cons | This system made my skin breakout awful. I have not been this bad since I was a teenager. Please stear clear of this system, it is a scam and waste of money. If you feel you need help go see a dermatologist. |

| Bottom line | Used it for about a week and had really bad breakout after three days. Made my acne go from mild to moderate. I contacted them through chat and they said it's normal, but when I read the reviews, I got scared and returned the product right away. Now, I'm worried that they won't give my money back, as many other disappointed customers had left (their reviews) here. |

| Pros | Ive had acne for 10 plus yrs. Ive tries basically everything includibg accutane (disaster), antiobiotics and bp. zenmed dermacleanse is the only thing that has kept my acne down. Id say its got an 80% clearing rate. Note I only use the capsules! |
