I went on yasmine about 4 days ago but the thing is that I used to have some pimpled or acne on my forhead but since I took the pill thay r soo many
can anybody tell me that when u go on the pill do u get pimples first then they go away or can it make more pimples or should I stay on the pill more then see what happens just wanna know if this has happned to anybody thankx answer back plz I need to know

I've been on this for 2 months now, was on Dianette before but heard this was good for acne. So far my acne has definitely got worse, no other side effects but im wondering if its worth continuing it. My dr said it wasn't good to be on dianette for a long period of time.

Taking this pill was the worst thing I've ever done. First of all, my AF was horrible, very painful, like never before and it's been 10 days (usually AF only lasts about 4-5) and I'm STILL bleeding really badly. My hair on my head is coming out in handfuls and I'm depressed as heck! Plus I'm eating non-stop which I know is the pill! I've been sick to my stomach and tired, I'm sure from anemia from bleeding for so many days. If you've ever had a problem with depression or anxiety, stay far away from this pill!!!! I'm stopping it right away, I'm not going to finish out the pack, I don't know if I'd make it another 18 days on this stuff. Good luck ladies!

I was on Yasmin for over a year before it turned me into 'another person'...I suffered severe anxiety, depression, rapid heart rate, vertigo (none of which I had ever experienced in my life). I have now been off it for 7 weeks and every week I feel more and more like my old self. I would not wish my experience on my worst enemy. Spread the word...YASMIN IS POISON.

In response to the first comment posted by an anonymous girl from California, a dermatologist should not be prescribing birth control; you should only be able to get these pills from a gynecologist. You should really check with your dermatologist to make sure he’s appropriately qualified.

I just started Yasmine three days ago the I have gotten bad headaches. I am taking this particular pill because supposedly it doesn't make you gain weight. I feel less hungry but will I still gain weight, water weight? Is this the truth? Please let me know, Simone

Yasmin was prescribed to me for endometriosis. I took it for only two months and never again! I had horrible headaches and worst of all crazy mood swings. I would cry all the time over nothing, couldn't seem to control my emotions at all. Emotional side effects disappeared after stopping it but headaches continued for a while. I can't recommend this product!

I am on Yasmin right now. I'm not onit for skin, but for the birth control and the poly ovarian thing. This is my first month on it and I think it may have something to do with why I am so depressed. Anyone know why?

I'm on my 3rd month of Yasmin and it has been like a miracle treatment for me. My skin is completely, 100% free of acne and has been for several weeks now. This pill is wonderful, it's the only BC pill that does NOT make me feel hungry all the time, in fact I feel like I have less of an appetite now (which is a good thing!). I have not gained any weight on this pill, it does not have any negative side effects and it has given me CLEAR SKIN!!! YAY!!! I HIGHLY recommend Yasmin for any woman having hormone related (cheeks, mouth area, jawline) related acne.

i took dianette for 7yrs to help with the problems around polycystic ovary syndrome. the main problem being acne, and feeling very low even suicidal. just over a year ago i was bullied into changing to yasmin. my husband and i tried to be firm but you think doctors know best. i immediatly started to get moody and couldnt cope with things that i normally did. it has been a year now and my symptoms have all returned in an almost aggressive way. i feel shocked and let down but i do have a good doctor now who is going to return me to dianette in a couple of days. i just want to say thank you to all the brave ladies, who have shared the terrible things that this pill can do to you on this web site, if it wern't for you i may not make the next couple of days until i get my dianette back. but always remember one thing, you know yourself better than anyone, stick to what you know works for you.
