| Bottom line | I had clear skin as a teen, but my senior year of high school I started to break out and now at 21, I am still battling those breakouts. However, I found that with my skin, the drier it is, the more I break out, so I can't use products like benzoyl peroxide or the like. What has really improved my skin is using Vitamin E oil as a precursor to my cleanser. I put several drops of it on my face, rub it in, use it to take off makeup, and then I use my foaming cleanser ON TOP of the oil and rinse. Then, I rub in several more drops of vitamin e oil on my face, but what I then do is take a very warm washcloth and blot/gently rub the excess oil off. This makes my face more dewy than greasy looking, so it works well in the morning of if you have extra skin creams you use. This has worked well for me, so I wanted to share it with others. This might sound like a lot of vitamin e oil, but if you buy it in bottle form, it's not very much at all and it's not sticky oil either. |

| Bottom line | I went to a Dermatology and spent about $120 on useless products... I've been to Spa and got a special treatment for acne... still it didn't work. I've been using Vitamin E for the past few days and I can actually feel my skin recovering from all the damages it has taken. I take 1 gel capsule after dinner and I also apply it on areas with scars all over my face. I gently rub it with my index finger and tiny bits of dead skin and scars actually start to peel off (rubbing off too hard might irritate the skin, so it needs to be done gently). I do not apply to active acne spots since in (in my case) might make the acne worst. I'm almost 30 and the last thing I want to worry about is ACNE! |

| Cons | It doesnt work! I have been using this product for nearly a month and I see no difference in my scars. It only gave me more acne and did not help fade anything. It's also extremely sticky and oily. |
| Bottom line | If you're looking for a moisturizer for the dry winter season or because you have extremely dry skin, then you should purchase this product because it is hydrating and can diminish some wrinkles. Otherwise, this really does not help with acne problems. |

| Bottom line | I first bought a bottle of Vitamin E oil and I never used it because it tooked too long to dry and my face was sticky. Long afterwards, I read that Vitamin E dissolves in fat and I started to mix the Vitamin E oil with a moisturizing cream. i use a a moisurizing cream for acne prone skin (neutrogena) and therefore it is not oily. The Vitamin E dissolves very well but the face looks oily for about a half hour (as opposed to many hours if applied by itself). I find that it fades scars quickly and skin looks better in general. If you use a regular moisturizing cream there is no shine at all because the vitamin E completely dissolves and is absorved as quickly as the cream is. |

| Bottom line | The only reason I wanted to write this review is because it works... it really works. I have an olive complexion that scars really easy. Any bump that appears leaves a dark mark on my face for weeks and weeks. Vitamin E oil works to fade those marks fast. I use a tiny bit to moisturize after the shower and slather it on problem areas at night. It does not make you break out like other intense moisturizers- it is so soothing. They carry it a Walgreens so it is easy to find. Try it! |

| Bottom line | i was on a medication for my skin when i was younger, and now some of my oil glands don't work so i have extremely dry skin. i had to apply lotion 4 times a day just to stop it from cracking and bleeding. i use vitamin E every night, and it hydrates my skin throughout the day and gets rid of the red dry patches. my skin is still pretty red in general (i think it's rosacea), but it is definitely worth trying, especially if your skin is extremely dry. it has made mine softer and has diminished some of my scars. i also take one pill a day to help it from the inside. |

| Pros | Faded red bumps/scars right away. I used it during the day when i got home from school, first i washed my face, and made sure i wasnt going out that night because its very oily/shiny, so i applied it to the spots, and totally worked. |
