Pros helped reduce scar visibility, made skin with more moisture, soft feel
Cons none yet
Bottom line drink plenty of water and take Vitamin E once a day, 2 times can possibly upset your stomach. If you avoid touching your face too much, and swear to it for weeks, you WILL see results. i am talking about the gel capsules, all natural i got at GN... very affordable and i did see results, i am now going to cut open the capsul to try to put it directly on my skin to help scars heal faster and even my skin tone!!! it's thick so watch out people!

Pros Made my acne so much less visible and healed the redness
Cons None
Bottom line It works really well! My acne has gotten a lot smaller and I don't have all the redness I don't even see my acne from far away so yay!!! Try it! It's so worth it. I don't know why other people don't like it but it's truly the best!

Pros Made my scars fade a little
Cons Oily, greasy, made my acne worse
Bottom line If you already have an oily face, don't add more oil onto it. Sure, it fades your scars, but it only makes your acne worse like it did to mine. Otherwise, I'd recommend it.

Pros It's very cheap and I'm a teen. Teens are known for having really bad acne. My mom bought me the water soluable vitamin e pills and i take them everyday after dinner. I saw a huge difference within two days. It really helps scars too.
Cons Its really greasy and can have a not so pleasant smell. Other than that its great!
Bottom line It helps reduce acne. Lightens up scars. Softens skin. Very cheap and clearly amazing!

Pros easy to take, cheap
Cons made me breakout
Bottom line I've used vitamin e gel for a couple months now and it is going alright. I then decided to take it in pill form and it made me break out. Stopped vitamin e all together and will try something else for my skin.

Pros Reduced my acne, faded scars and left skin feeling very smooth
Cons Very oily...yuck. It also had a bad smell to it.
Bottom line Wow! I could not believe the difference in my face. I started to get very bad acne in my early 30's. I am now 37 and the scars are horrible and so is the acne still. I am absolutely amazed at the results and they are very noticable. I have used so many different products and nothing has compared. I would have definitely started this long ago if I would have known about it..I am very pleased.

Pros Can be taken orally
Tasteless when mixed with Juice
Bottle can last awhile all you need is five drops
Cons Can be harmful if you have skin that's already oily, and you apply it directly.
Bottom line My skin is combination skin, but it's very sensitive. I heard that it works if you apply it to the skin. Didn't work for me it actually caused me to break out more. But I started taken it orally and wow.. the acne marks on my back are gradually disappearing as well as the ones on my face. You can see results fast I believe if taken orally. Oral medication always works best for me rather than applying it directly. But to each it's own.
