doesn't cure acne, but it controls inflamation and helps zits clear up faster. Also the dark spots go away faster.
But take at least 1000mg or more for atleast 8 weeks to see results. No doubt does wonders but it wont clear up acne.
Good Luck !!!

Im finishing up accutane now, nearly done, it took a while to work on me, 3 months in I was still breaking out, so I heard about vitamin C. I started taking 4 grams a day, and then 5 grams a day, vitamin C is water soluable so you can't OD it because any excess amounts get excreted through urine. So I started vitamin C, at 1st it looked like the red spots that I had left behind from old pimples were fading, but they only seemed to fade alittle and then stopped, maybe the vitamin C did help them fade alittle bit, or maybe it was just my mind thinking they did since I really thought vitamin C was gonna help. Well, right around the same time I stopped taking vitamin C, I stopped breaking out almost completely, I dunno if thats from vit c or accutane. When I started taking vitamin C, I was in better clam moods, and my anger subsided alot, after I noticed I was in better moods, I read that vitamin C helps control your nervous system and is good for keeping you in more relaxed moods. Vitamin C I think is good for more moderate to mild acne, it wont do much against any acne more than that.

you know what's worse than acne? the red/purple scars you get after a pimple has voluntarily (or forcibly) been removed. well, vitamin c was sugested to me by my mom (shes a doctor) because in high doses it helps skin create new pigment in the skin and ovverride old dark "hyperpigmentaton" left by acne scars. in any case, after taking 1000mg daily, i noticed a huge difference very quickly. so grab a bottle at your local drug store today! *bonus* no potential side-effects, except even toned skin!

I whould drink a drink with 2000mg of c-vitamin 3times a day, and take a hand full of Lýsi or "fish oil" wich is rich of natural A and D vitamins also 3times a day.
And then take multi vitamin, just in the morning is anuff.

I had really bad acne, and i have really clear skin today.
This is the best way, trust me!

About one week ago I just started to eat A LOT of mandarine oranges, which are highly acidic. I saw improvement the day after I had eated them. I have had, probably three a day, and my face is less oily, red, and the pimples are healing. The vitamin C method works, you should definently give it a try!

I use Vitamin C in conjunction with the regimen. my mom had told my to take some C tablets for the cold i had at the time. Almost overnight the many little tiny left over bumps on my face [mere shadows of theyre former selves, before the regimen 2 3/4 months ago] were gone, My face was lighter/less red and the overall condition of my skin improved an impressive amount
I have been taking 1500mg-2000mg a day since the abovementioned incident about 4 days ago[imporovements continue!]Works great and if nothing else it's healthy.
