Pros About a week ago, I began taking 500-1000mg of Vitamin C per day. Plus, I started eating foods high in Vitamin A. The recommended daily intake for Vitamin A is 700 RAE for Women and 900 RAE for Men. Anyway, it totally cleared my mild-moderate acne.
Cons Too much Vitamin A can be toxic. Also, taking Vitamin C supplements can irritate your stomach.
Bottom line Vitamin A and Vitamin C work wonders in clearing your skin. But, I'd suggest incorporating them into your diet, rather than taking supplements of them.

Pros Pretty much can clear moderate acne in under three days and also keeps your immune system boosted!
Cons The pill is a little big..
Bottom line After two years of trying to clear my acne - I almost gave up. Acne caused me to be depressed and ashamed of myself..Now my face has a few zits and one whitehead on my chin and the rest of my skin is clear and soft! I know that I'll be looking great by the time school starts!! Only two days and WOW! I used this with Minocycline and Brevoxyl Creamy wash...Definitely going to recommend this to anyone and everyone I know!

Pros Overall boost to your body, one of the most powerful anti oxidents out there, natural, no side affect, O ya and almost completely cured my severe acne
Cons none
Bottom line The doctors wanted to put me on acutane, I was on doxcycycline, and tetracycline, and nothing worked. So I decide to take 2000 mg of vitamin c a day, 8000 units of vitamin A, wash my face, neck and other trouble spots 3 times a day with oxy maximun strength wash, and use benzaclyn, as well as eat 1 carrot and 1 apple per day now I am good. I usually never take the time to write a review but this basically cured me and I know that there are other people who know of the tramu that acne can cause, so I felt obliged to let you know about the natural way that I found, good luck

Pros Greatly decreases the lifetime of a pimple. And helps heal skin! I'm taking as much as 10 grams per day of Ester C. I only recommend Ester C... look it up... it's an absorb-able form of vitamin C that doesn't cause any upset.
Cons The only con is taking 3 horsepills with every meal.
Bottom line Ester C, along with my cleaning regimen has brought me to 95% clear skin... and in a short amount of time... about a month... you'll notice your immune system kick in right away.
Price paid $30.00

Cons made me break out BAD on the rest of my face.
Bottom line i used it for a month and stopped once i figured out that it was causing all my new facial acne. my forehead has started breaking out again, but i haven't had one new breakout anywhere on the rest of my face. :]

Pros my face last night was red and bruised. i took 5x500 mg of vit-c last night and 6x500 spread out today and my acne has decreased from about 50% of my face to about 15% of my face and for some reason my entire face seems to be tanned and glowing.
Cons i probly need to reduce the daily amount so i dont get anemia but otherwise this sh*t is the sh*t
Bottom line i went to a dermatologist about 2 months ago and got put on 2 medications and was told to moisturize 10x a day. my acne has only gotten worse. i can see how it works tho and it would help me eventually, but i have a dance next week and i needed imeadiate results. VIT-C is the sh*t. ill probly continue the medications until the 8 months are up but untill then i plan on taking about 2500 mg a day until it is clear

go bengals!
