Pros: Gives you energy thats about it ;( Cons: Ive been breaking out more than before!! Bottom Line: Ive been using skinB5 for almost 2 weeks and im breaking out more.. i went from 3 pimples to 18 and in a week!! my face feels like its burning is this normal with b5???? Pros: None Cons: Seam to get more acne from it, makes my piss neon yellow. A lot of pills Bottom Line: I have been using Vilantae for 3 weeks now and it is doing absolutly nothing. Pros: none Cons: my skin was still oily after using this product for a month. The biggest and worst of all was the HAIR LOSS! Don't use this product. I would rather have acne than baldness. I don't think my hair is going to grow back. I am so devastated. Bottom Line: Don't waste your time, money and energy on this complete scam. My skin after downing so many pills per day was more oily. I would like to sue these bastards. I've stopped taking them for a few months now. I don't thing my hair is ever going to be the same. It's so depressing being a woman with hair loss. Pros: Amazingly my back acne disappeared after just one week taking 2 B5's at night. My skin was okay...I think I needed to take the pill longer to get any results. Cons: HAIR LOSS!??!? That is a side effect of this vitamin. I don't care If my whole face is one big pimple, I'm not going to prematurely lose my hair over it. I don't know if I was overly paranoid but I think I did notice some evidence of hair loss. Bottom Line: B5 may work for you but be wary of its side effects. I personally became too paranoid and discontinued the use of B5. I hear Red Clover is good as it helps to control bacteria and raging hormones. Pros: Started B5 500MG 2pills today. Hoping to see improvement in oily skin. Cons: None yet Bottom Line: I am 31 years old and have suffered with Acne since I was 15. I was recently put on Accutane and when I went off broke out like crazy. Now on Minocycline and Ziana at night. Hoping the B5 is the cure. I will keep everybody posted. Thoughts appreciated? Pros: Less oily skin Cons: omg - I wish so much that I would have read these reviews BEFORE buying this product! It has made my face much, much WORSE! Bottom Line: I am now horrified by how I look. I am 35 and have suffered from occasional, cystic acne since around 23 which has left me with minor scars around my chin. I did 3 sessions of Fraxel which helped so much, and I wanted to make sure I didn't break out after the expensive treatments, so I tried Acnezine. I was on it (actually 2 a day, stupid) for 5 weeks. Sot so gradully, I began getting large, painful cysts all over my chin. I stopped taking the drug 2 weeks ago and now I'm hoping that it will work itself out of my system. On my way now to get another round of cortizone shots from the derm. I can't believe this! I have canceled all my social events and barely can get myself to leave the house. Pros: skin slowly starting to improve Cons: none that i have noticed yet Bottom Line: ive been taking the time release form for about 2 months now at 1 gram a day , 1 pill in the morning and 1 at night (i dont think it sounds healthy to take 20 pills a day) and it is slowly working. along with this i take a multi vitamin b tablet and eat 5 portions of fruit a day, as well as drinking lots of water fruit juice and milk. Pros: it has made the texture of my skin amazing, i am no longer shiny as i used to be and are never worried about my skin anymore... my skincolor is even and i love this stuff! Pros: Skin is I'd say about 75% clearer than it was when I started. It hasn't cleared me up completely but my skin is about 100% less oily and the whiteheads are maybe one or two daily. I'm going to try to take the maintenance dosage and use the regimen. Cons: None, really. I've noticed zero side effects. Bottom Line: I would reccomend this to anyone with oily skin as it did work very well on that area. Also I would say at least a 50% reduction in whiteheads. I think it would be best suited as a supplement to a regimen. I'm gonna try Dk's regimen with it. Recommended: Yes Usage: Gabriel has used this item for a few months.
