This stuff flat out works. Within 5 days I say significant changes. Start with 5 grams a day and move to 10 grams after day 3. Take a B-Complex also twice a day. As for safety? First, who cares. Second, its water soluble which means that, just like vitamin C, you can overdose all you want on it. I don't know why it works but it does.

I have been through every kind of acne treatment, including Accutane, which did not work for me. B5 has been the only one that has given me significant results. I still have some breakouts, but being female, I think that it's normal. I highly recommend trying this. I do wish they would lower the cost for us long-term users. We deserve a discount for the large quantities we buy.

i've been on 8 grams of b5 for three weeks now. i have seen incredible results so far. (keep my fingers crossed) i use country lifes time release 1000 mgs. in addition, i use a high potency b complex vitamins and i also take 1 gram of biotin each time i take a b5 dosage to prevent my hair from becoming brittle. so far so good, and i hope this will last because i loathe the side effects of accutane. i know because i've been there done that. so anybody who wants to try b5 I give it two thumbs up!

to everyone that has mild to moderate brekouts: if anyone is thinking about taking vitamin B5...you should reconsider about how your acne is formed........the type of acne that works best with vitamin b5 is the acne that is caused by oily skin, as a matter of fact, very oily skin. I've spent 2 years doing research about b5 for acne, so dont doubt me. if anyone has oily skin, their breakouts is caused by oily skin. The problem is, this means that the person has too slow of a metabolism to break down all the fat in the food they consume in time....so the fat goes up to their skin, this cause oily skin, and then becomes acne. I've been using b5 for 3 years now.....and it's a wonderful success. 5 grams of b5 a day is rcommended, which is how much i use. (buy Twinlab brand B5, in 500MG) take 10 pills a day, 3 in the morning, 2 at noon, 2 at evening, 3 with dinner. Along with this, you should also take vitamin A, about 30,000 IUs, this help boost the effect of B5. And also, taking such a large dose of B5 daily can make your body short on other B vitamins ....which are also very good for the skin. So therefore, take 2 pills of a
B -complex vitamin daily along with B5. Remember to take your pills with food in order to have the best absorption.
best place to get a great bargain on brand name vitamins: [link removed]
vitamins to get: -vitamin b5, panothenic acid, 500 mg, from Twinlab
- vitamin A, 10,00 IU, from country life
- vitamin B-100 complex from nature's way
