Vitamin B5 Reviews

I have hear of B5(Panothetic Acid) and I did a little research on it before trying it. I read some reviews from users and one person said it had a major effect on him. None of his cuts would heal and he very dizzy easy. In addition, he became very frail and pale. Has anyone ever heard that before? Hit Me back

So I read alot about B-5 and decided to try it. I bought B-5 complex and regular B-5. Do I need to take like 10 pills in order for it to work or what? Help me out on this.

I've been on B-5 for only 5 days. First 3 days I took 10 500mg pills of B-5 and B-complex. The last two days I took 20 500mg pills of B-5 and B-complex. My skin id definatly clearer, although I have a ways to go. But this things is kick ass!!! ($$$Expensive$$$)

Hey, ive just ordered some B5. I hope it works it seems like it really does. I have oily skin but im not sure if this is the actual cause of my problem as daily i use aface wash to remove the excess oil, so i am not sure whether oil is really the problem?!

B5 is badass, its still working and I am almost claer.

I started B-5 summer of 2004 at 10 grams had diarrhea problems at first but they went away, I had bad cystic acne that flared up all over ie. nose & inside earlobes, read about what B-5 did by producing Co-enzyme A made sense had tried it all, and I mean all, nothing ever worked after 9 months still take 10 grams a day skin very clear including back which used to be covered and only occasional single pimple that goes away fast, Try this and it may change your life!!!!!!!

I had been through all kinds of medications and the only thing that has cleared out my face was vitamin b5. I took 10 grams a day for a month, now I only take 5 grams, my skin is pretty clear compared to what it was before. It basically work for me since i had unbalance health problems, all the sat fat would turn into oil and the v b5 fixed it. I am acne free now.

This product did not work well for me at all but my acne is caused by hormonal inbalances..... tried 500 mgs for 2 months then I went to 2-3 grams a day for a month nothing at all didn't use b-complex tho just b5 strait
