Pros i just started taking it a few days ago so im not sure yet..
Cons seems like my skins breaking out still, not any worse basically the same/maybe a little less...i know it takes time for everything that was clogged in you're pores to unclog..so im not giving up.
Bottom line I really really hope that taking Vitamin B5 works!!Ive been taking 4-5 grams to start off..bought it from GNC. I don't have really oily skin but i break out alot..not horribly but enough for me not to want to go out..so hopefully this is my cure!! I hear so many good things so i really hope this works for me!!!!!
cross your fingers.

Pros I've tried everything from prescription meds & topicals to OTC topicals. Nothing worked! B5 cleared my skin completely as in no more pimples after 1 month. Mild breakout at first but be patient.
Cons lots of pills to pop and sooo much water
Bottom line Be patient and stick with it! I have the most complicated skin and its the only thing that has worked for me over the past 16 years of my life. You must continue b/c I didn't and the acne gradually came back... Keep it in your regimen like a vitamin b/c research shows that acne sufferers lack this vitamin.

Pros Really Does work, and it worked pretty fast for me too.
Cons Ive only been taking it for like 5 days and im sh*tting out water every day. Not to mention my stomach aches and feels like I have stomach flu or somethingn
Bottom line A good alternative to topical prescriptions during the winter time. Or if you have really bad side effects to topical prescriptions.

Pros Greatly improved my acne, although it has failed to clear it up completely.
Cons Horrible taste
Bottom line I'm very glad I tried it. At the time I tried it, I was in utter despair as to what to do about my adult acne.(Never experienced acne until I was about to turn 40)

When I first tried it, I was averaging about 20 simultaneous Zits. After being on b5 for about a month, it cleared up to 2 or 3 at a time. Now it has gone back up to between 4 and 8 at a time. Although, I'm not quite sure why it has gone back up, at least it is not as bad as it was.....so far.

I'm going to continue to use the product for now along with looking into some other things. Since I've started to experience acne, even with the B5, I have yet to experience a day when my face was 100% clear.

So, my search continues. I have increased my dosage to three teaspoons a day and I will update as to whether or not this makes a difference.

Pros I did see an improvement in my skin by taking about 3-5g a day. been taking it for like about 10 days.
Cons you will feel easy hungry if you didn't take enough food before u take the pills
Bottom line Vitamin B5 isn't a miracle pill. You need plenty of water and enough rest to let your body immune system to do the rest.

Pros Cleared up body ance
Cons Did improve my facially acne but not to the degree I wanted. Keep hearing about body hair falling out. gutted, would'nt mind losing the chest rug.
Bottom line Get on it and stay on it. Don't make any judgement till after 4 months or so. Still use your external regimes. I found that milk thistle made a difference inconjuction. This won't work 4 everyone, nothing does but it's not a scam, give it a go if u'v got the cash 2 flash.

Pros This product has definitely reduced both skin oil and acne, as well as my pore size. Being 47, I now get infrequent breakouts, but these have been reduced greatly too. Skin tone is quite a bit smoother and more refined Vilantae works! Recommended
Cons The dose is large, but I have not had any side effects, and the excess is eliminated naturally by the body as it's water soluble.
Bottom line I like this product very much. However, I did read one reply from another taking B-5 and the person experienced some unusual neck weakness. I think I feel that too. Almost like your neck gets tired, and you want to rest it. Or it seems harder to hold up. I had noticed this vagely a few times, but didn't contribute it to Vilantae. Yet since reading that another has experienced this too, and associating it with Vilantae, is a issue that may need to be explored further. Has anybody else taking this had this experience?

Pros Hey! I started dosage of 4 grams per day about a week ago and have noticed a decrease in oil.
Cons Haven't noticed a difference in breakout, but it has only been a week.
Bottom line I have persistent jawline acne that is starting to scar. I have done antibiotics, several rounds of accutane, topicals both prescription and over the counter. I am hoping this will help with the nodules on my chin. I have heard birth control can help though and that is my next step.
