| Pros | Much less oily already! I can work a 9 hour shift and my face is still not shiny! I have only been taking for a week and am only up to 7 grams now but it seems to be working. Old pimples are slowly clearing and not many new ones coming up. |
|---|---|
| Cons | nothing yet. the first time i tried B5 i got diarrhea, but not this time. |
| Bottom line | I didn't want to try it because it's so expensive to get all those pills but then i found Puritan's Pride...they sell 100 count bottles of 500 mg B5 for $3.27!! So a whole month's worth only costs me 20 bucks, and their shipping is cheap too. I will update again once I have used the stuff for a few months, but good results thus far. |

| Pros | seems to be working. helps me drink more water. |
|---|---|
| Cons | none |
| Bottom line | I've been taking 20 pills a day for about 2 1/2 weeks, and it seems to be working. I haven't really gotten any new pimples, it's just taking a while for the old ones to clear up. I've had pretty bad acne for about 7 years, and this is definitely better than anything else I;ve tried.I only have a few pimples right now, the rest of my face is just healing, but it looks way better! i noticed results after the 1st week. I'll post back when my acne completey clears up!!! i have faith that it will! |

| Pros | clears skin fast |
|---|---|
| Cons | loose stool |
| Bottom line | It works. Im tired of hearing people hate on it for the 20 pill thing. Acne is much worse than taking 20 pills a day. Also take i twith lots of vitaim C. 8000mg per day (C helps heal) both are water solluible so they are safe to take in mega doses. Try it. Worth the results. |

| Pros | EVERYTHING! |
|---|---|
| Cons | gas and diahrrea when you first start taking it |
| Bottom line | Bottom Line: This stuff changed my life! If I could be a spokesperson for Vitamin B5,(Pantothenic Acid) I would do it for free! If you faithfully stick to the program (which I know can be hard), I promise you it will work! I struggled with acne for 7 years and have tried everything! This, along with topical use of Braggs Apple Cider Vinegar before bedtime, has dramatically turned my skin around. It has taken 4-5 months, but be patient. You will so happy with the results! |

|---|---|
| Cons | Exspensive. |
| Bottom line | Use it, especially if you have oily skin. |

| Pros | really helps with the oily skin |
|---|---|
| Cons | none |
| Bottom line | I have been taking B5 for 2 weeks now, and I have seen a difference in my skin already. I only have mild acne, so I take 3 grams a day (6/500 mg pills). At first I started with only 2 grams for the first week, but then I noticed the oily skin was still the same, so Idecided to increase to 3 grams. It really works. |

| Pros | Reduces oil, gets rid of acne |
|---|---|
| Cons | none |
| Bottom line | I began taking Skin B5 time release tablets two months ago. My skin is clearer then it has ever been, less oily, and I no longer need to use topical treatments. I just take three pills a day: morning and night, and once at dinner. I am very happy that I don't have to worry about my complexion anymore. |

| Pros | It's inexpensive, but if you buy it online like what i do, the shipping and handling fees can become a pain. |
|---|---|
| Cons | Made me go to the bathroom a lot! Didn't really notice any results. |
| Bottom line | I do not recommend this. I was currently taking Vilantae for 4 months and i have not seen results. I followed directions exactly too. The only thing i noticed was that i had to go to the bathroom like 5 times a day lol. I stopped taking it about a week ago and my face is doing much better! Now i'm just using proactiv solution and eating more fruits and vegetables. So...if you are an acne sufferer, i am sorry. But please don't risk your health taking pills found on the internet. Just use good topical products and eat a healthy, balanced diet. Good luck! |
