| Pros: | This product has definitely reduced both skin oil and acne, as well as my pore size. Being 47, I now get infrequent breakouts, but these have been reduced greatly too. Skin tone is quite a bit smoother and more refined Vilantae works! Recommended |
| Cons: | The dose is large, but I have not had any side effects, and the excess is eliminated naturally by the body as it's water soluble. |
| Bottom Line: | I like this product very much. However, I did read one reply from another taking B-5 and the person experienced some unusual neck weakness. I think I feel that too. Almost like your neck gets tired, and you want to rest it. Or it seems harder to hold up. I had noticed this vagely a few times, but didn't contribute it to Vilantae. Yet since reading that another has experienced this too, and associating it with Vilantae, is a issue that may need to be explored further. Has anybody else taking this had this experience? |

| Pros: | Hey! I started dosage of 4 grams per day about a week ago and have noticed a decrease in oil. |
| Cons: | Haven't noticed a difference in breakout, but it has only been a week. |
| Bottom Line: | I have persistent jawline acne that is starting to scar. I have done antibiotics, several rounds of accutane, topicals both prescription and over the counter. I am hoping this will help with the nodules on my chin. I have heard birth control can help though and that is my next step. |

| Pros: | Less oil, completely cleared my skin. I had 7 pimples last week and there are 0-1 today. Pores appear tighter. |
| Cons: | very drying with chapped lips and dry flaky skin. 1 day of diarrehea and 1 day of constipation. burning face as drying occured. |
| Bottom Line: | I would definetely reccomend it, but maybe try less quantity first. The first 3 days I did 3 G which is 6 500mg pills and seen effects instantly. Then I increased to 5G a day which is 10 pills a day and it seems to work great for me. Its just extremely drying for me with the soap I use and differin gel 0.3. But, it has been a 1-2 wks so far and my scars are claring and my skin only had 1 pimple that came back. That is a drastic improvemnet from having 6 or more at once. I was about to start on accutane next wk so hopefully this continues to work.

| Bottom Line: | B-5 TIME RELEASE WORKED GREAT FOR MY OILY SKIN BUT I AM ALSO TAKING A SATIN AND MY LEGS WENT INTO SHUT DOWN MODE. SPENT TWO WEEKS IN PAIN BEFORE FINDING OUT THAT IT DOES EFFECT THE JOINTS AND I WAS IN LOTS OF PAIN, LOSS ALL MY LEG HAIR AS WELL. KNEES WHERE 3 TIMES THERE SIZE. MD'S WHERE LOSS FOR WORDS. AS SOON AS I STOPED IT WENT AWAY. KNEES WENT DOWN OVER NIGHT. MAYBE THERE ARE OTHER DRUGS IT DOES NOT WORK WELL WITH. MY MD'S NEVER KNEW OF THIS SIDE EFFECT BUT THIS TYPE OF BRUD HAS BEEN KNOW TO HAVE ADVERSE EFFECTS WITH SOME DRUGS MADE FOR BLOOD/JOINTS PROBLEM. IF YOU LOOK UP B5 IN THE AMA'S DRUG BOOK (NOT THE PDR) IT SAYS THAT LITTLE OR NO STUDYS HAVE BEEN DONE USE THIS DRUG FOR A LONG TIME. IT ALSO SAY'S THAT A POSSIBLE PROBLEM WITH PEOPLE TAKING ASPRIN'S IS NOW BEING STUDYED. NICE FOR OILY SKIN BUT TO RISKY FOR LONG TERN USE. I STOPED TAKING IT ANS ALL MY LEG PAIN AWAY, AND MY LEG HAIR CAME BACK. LIKE I SAID "ALL" MY DOCTORS WHERE STUMPED ABOUT THIS DRUG. TAKE WITH A OPEN EYE ! |

| Pros: | Worked great. Less oil, much clearer skin, experienced no side effects at all. |
| Cons: | Doesn't work overnight. Can be annoying taking so many pills at first. |
| Bottom Line: | It's definitely not a scam. Heck, it's just a vitamin. It's not like you have to buy it from some "B5 for acne" company. That so many people have seen great results from just taking B5 should tell you something. I took a chance on it and am glad I did. |
