First you must purchase White House Apple cidar vinegar, it is slightly more expensive but come on we're talking about pennies. Their distilling process leaves most of the ingredients in the product. Many people through diet and simple body chemistry make up are running a bit on the acidic side. Your body is constantly trying to PH balance. Vinegar is a light to mild base consisting of 24 amino acids and a very high level of magnesium. You should warm your face to open the pores and do not wash the vinegar off until it has dried/absorbed. Overuse and red skin is from irritation and removal of the skins natural oils. Vinegar is not meant for deep scars, try sand paper! Thomas J.

this is one of the few things i've used that gives you almost IMMEDIATE results. i use it in a dilute form: 1 part apple cider vinegar with 9 parts water, giving a 10% solution. i put this on at night with a cotton ball and wash it off in the morning. this helps tremendously in reducing scars in a natural, painless way, and if used properly, can be a great asset to anyone's skin care routine.

I mixed 1 pt AC vinegar with one pt H2O and put it in a spray bottle. After I shower, or cleanse my face, I spritz it on my face and gently swab with a cotton ball. It is a great toner that seems to accelerate the turnover of skin. I have noted a significant decr in new acne/blocked pores and the scars seem to be lighteneing. It has been over 2 weeks now and continues to improve. The first day or two it burned a bit, but not anymore. I think it is worth a try. If your skin is sensitive, just dilute it more.

I have been splashing a bit of ACV twice a day for the past week or so after washing with a gentle cleanser. It has already cleared up almost every single red spot on my face. I can't believe this! I am sooooo EFFIN HAPPY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

i think it works great as a toner. burns at first but it seems to be helping with the red marks and it also seems to dry up blemishes very quickly. great addition to the regimen

Been using AC Vinegar and Water Toner for about two weeks, doesn't irritate my face at all and makes it feel nice and smooth. Does smell a little but the more you dilute it the easier it is on your skin and your nose. Lightens red spots and makes current acne less red and painful. Highly-recommened, just make sure to dilute with plenty of water if you have sensitive skin.
