Vinegar is great to help diminish acne and also to keep your feet from stinking. Vinegar kills the bacteria which is where the "stinky" part comes into play. So, if you spray some vinegar on your feet (especially between the toes) and also to your sandals, and let it dry for 5 minutes, and then apply some powder (to both feet and sandals) your feet may sweat some (obviously) but no more corn-chip-smelling feet. As far as the acne is concerned...try it. Apple Cider Vinegar applied on cotton instead of using astringent. it REALLY WORKS!!!!

Hey Y'all!
I just bought apple cider vinegar. It says reduced to 5% acidity. Could someone tell me if that means that it's diluted and, if so, how much water to mix the vinegar with before applying to my face. Thanks!

I've been using rice vinegar (the only kind in my kitchen cabinet) and I've definitely seen improvement. The first day it made me break out with three large blemishes, but I almost expected that as it I read that it works similar to a glycolic peel. In any case, I have noticed very slight improvement in scars. This is day three. I use it nightly by applying with a cotton ball (no dilution). I let it sit for about 15-30 minutes, and rinse off with water. I'll update at the end of the week and in two weeks time.

This product worked wonders for me...at first. But after awhile, my normal to dry skin began to produce an excess amount of oil (it has NEVER done that before). I stopped using the vinegar and my skin is now a little better, but I'm still having a problem with the oil. Bad idea.

At 43, wish I had known about this a long time ago. My skin hasn't looked this good since my 20s! Organic ACV is the BEST treatment I've ever tried. In 3 weeks, I've cleared my skin, evened out the tone and the pores are shrinking! Use a real lemon's juice for a mask prior to using the ACV as toner! Also, check out using a Vitaman C cream found in vitamin stores! You wont believe the results!

Simply amazing stuff. Using 1:2 vinger and water and spray it on back and then with cotton ball to face and have been pimple free for 3 weeks, first time in 4 years. ACV i think is the proper vinegar, but im using Heinz White vinegar. AMAZING PRODUCT AND CHEAP.
