Pros not sure as this is day 1
Cons it smells =(
Bottom line you know what's funny? science has taken us to the moon and can't even come up with a simple solution to a problem that plagues the population by the millions... all the doctors say is that acne is a hormonal problem... what on earth is that supposed to mean? that's not an answer it doesn't explain anything.Pimples, hormonal, yes... acne, hormones gone wrong? Surely the underlying problem is more specific, maybe there is some gene present or absent in people with acne that can be dealt with using molecular targeted therapy, just like breast cancer is treated. i am absolutely sure that with some effort science and medical researchers can come up with a solution formed in solid scientific and medical reasoning that works from day 1 guaranteed for every sufferer of this horrible, horrible affliction.

Pros uhm, well it seems to work.
Cons it smells bloody awful and the taste makes me want to vomit.
Bottom line I started this a few days ago with the recommended beverage of iced water and 2 tbsp a few times a day. it was very difficult for me to stomach this concoction so I've since just done 2 tbps barely dilluted and swallow fast like a shot glass. It's rough but it's over quicker and then I drink a tall glass of water. I've also diluted ACV 50/50 with purified water and applying to my face each night before bed and leaving it there. My dog thinks I'm nuts and wants to lick my face but it is working even after only three days I can tell the difference. True test is time. I've often found that remedies work right away and then go very bad about a week or two later, so we shall see here.

Pros smoother glowing skin, even skin tone and cheap
Cons stings eyes which makes them water but makes them glow too!!
Bottom line Im on my 4th month of Diane-35 which made me break out a hell of a lot and made my skin worse than ever and gave me horrible scars and the whole time I was constantly breaking out as in 5-10 new pimples daily. I didn't want to put anymore chemicals on my face so I thought I would give this a try. Now I haven't had a new pimple in a few days and wearing make up makes my skin look nice and smooth and for te first time radiant. Tried drinking but still in the process of mastering!! I actually went out for the first time last night after four months of dodging work and friends so I am so greatful I found this cheap and effective method thanks to you guys. For the Aussies in here try the Mountain Maid ACV which is great cos it's Aussie made too!!

Pros Leaves face feeling noticeably smoother, leaves skin more radiant, clears up acne scars, makes pimples less noticeable. gets rid of blackheads.
Cons might sting at the beginning when you put it on, after a while you get used to it.
Bottom line White vinegar makes my skin very smooth, but not greasy or oily, gets rid of the oil and grease on face, gets rid of my blackheads. makes your skin look healthier and more radiant. Ever since I've started using white vinegar i have been having less breakouts, don't get me wrong, you will still get acne breakouts from time to time, but i find vinegar helps with it a lot, also helps with the healing process i find. overall you will notice a big difference in your skin when you put this stuff on everyday for 20 minutes. Best thing I have used for my face for acne related problems. It's a must use

Pros Clears up cystic acne, helps with existing acne(moderate to severe),and leaves skin with nice glow!
Cons Stings a bit
Bottom line Once I read about this stuff about a year ago on another website,I laughed it off, thinking whats that gona do for me? But soon after I had given up on all other things. I was suffering with extreme cystic acne. Right after I started using this, about 2 weeks to a month later my cystic acne was immedietly cleared. I still get moderate acne pimples but nothing like it used to be!

Pros good for hair rinsing, not acne scars
Cons not good for scars
Bottom line Guys lets not kid ourselves here...most people on this site have moderate-severe acne and 5% acetic acid (vinegar) is not going to do anything for scars no matter what anyone tells you...The only things that will help are high percentage lactic/glycolic acid peels done weekly...your just going to waste your time with this stuff and stink at the same time.

Pros Regulates pH, lightens red/brown marks, exfoliates, brings blackheads to the surface so they can be easily removed (I use the pedicure brush method for that), dries up existing acne and prevents new ones, and definitely helps oily skin.
Cons The smell is strong and if not diluted it can burn skin and eyes.
Bottom line Excellent product and extremely cheap, you really can't go wrong. ACV contains Malic Acid and plenty of other enzymes and vitamins. Malic Acid is an AHA just like Glycolic Acid only Malic Acid is derived from Apples. ACV bc it is a liquid penetrates the skin much faster then any lotion therefore faster and better results and you don't have to worry about a residue. I strongly recommend this for anyone.

Pros lightens red marks
shrinks up residual material from cystic acne, boils, etc.
Cons can be irritating if not diluted enough
Bottom line i have been putting heinz white vinegar on my face for 1 week, concentrating on a lumpy area that used to be a big boil. The area where I had the boil is hyperpigmented and makes it look worse. I was desperate to lighten the red/purple mark and shrink up the lumpy stuff under my skin from the boil.

Within 2 days of using this on my face I noticed a big difference in my skin. After a week the red spot is noticeably lighter and the lump has flatened out so much. I have been using 1 tsp of vinegar to 5-7 tsps of water for my entire face and 1 to 3 for the boil area. After 10-15 minutes I put cetaphil on my face and wipe off with a cloth, then moisturize with emu oil, aloe vera gel, and vitamin e oil (the latter only on the cheeks).

This has really helped my face and I recommend it highly to anyone who suffers from acne or boils.
