It's cheap and it works. Play around with the amount of water you add to make the toner. Full strength works to dry out new blemishes. I typically make the toner about 1 part apple cider vinegar (organic works best) to 2 parts water.

Drinking 2 teaspoons of ACV and applying it as a toner worked to control (not cure so much) my acne, when I stopped doing it, my acne turned severe and looks awful so I'm starting up again. It definately is an improvment over pimples mcgee that I am now that I stopped.

this ain't no miracle but worth it i think. i use it as a toner 3X/week, mostly after using a baking soda mask (which is excellent, do try!) to balance my ph. i use a 50/50 solution of apple cider vinegar and water, keep it in the fridge so it's nice and cold. after the warming, cleansing bs mask the cold vinegar toner feels good and closes those nasty pores. i use a cotton ball to apply. i've noticed a little clearing in complexion, and some evening out of skin tone, but i think that is mostly due to the baking soda. however, my pimples smooth out a little after toning. just try it, it's cheap too!

So, far it seems to be helping clear up my skin. However, I do use a bp after using apple cider vinegar as a toner on my face, back and arms. The blend that works for me is 60% apple cider vinegar and 40% water shaken in a small bottle and then applied with a cotton ball. The water takes the sting out. Water is an important element to preventing irritation. The vinegar odor disappears after it has been on for a few minutes.

After washing my face, I use a cotton ball to apply BRAGG's ORGANIC APPLE CIDER VINEGAR to my problem areas (great for spot treatment too with an ear swab). TALK ABOUT RESULTS! It stings a bit, that's why I recommend diluting it with water, but YOU WON'T BELIEVE YOUR EYES! It's been a couple days now and I couldn't be more satisfied with the progress. SO CLEAR! SO GLOWING! SO SMOOTH! Drying of the skin may occur (DON'T FORGET TO DILUTE WITH WATER TO REDUCE THE IRRITATION), but I'll take some flakey skin over ugly, red, inflammed bumps! It's also DRASTICALLY reduced the REDNESS of past breakouts! It's a miracle product really. Mother Nature really does know best!

I have been using Dan's regimen with vinegar toner for almost a year...since reading about it on message board. Dan's regimen alone was okay but slow going. After adding vinegar to regimen, I saw a noticeable and lasting improvement. Breakouts were fewer and farther apart! Certain parts of my face never broke out again, e.g. forehead, temples. I only use at nite though because quite honestly, I don't have time in the morning to let my face readjust in between all the product applications. It stings only for a couple of seconds and stinks for a few minutes more but is well worth it for the clearer skin.
